Located within the Shipyard Plantation community, this spacious 3BR/3BA home offers prime access to both Coligny Plaza and the beach. Take in views of the golf course and gardens from the expansive deck, fitted with a gas grill and an alfresco dining area.



The main living area features vaulted ceilings and ample natural light, while a second living area offers another inviting place to relax. Golfers can tee off at the on-site golf course. Walk or bike the network of trails spanning the island.



LIVING AREA



Detailed with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and tile flooring, the open-concept living area provides plush seating for the group and a flat-screen TV.



An additional living space with a skylight is appointed with a table, making it the prime spot for playing games or reading a book.



KITCHEN & DINING



The chef in your group will enjoy the immaculate kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.



When it's time to dine, gather at the five-person table. An additional table accommodates two.

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each fitted with a flat-screen TV.

Visited October 2022. Very spacious house providing lots of room for everyone. Was nice I could bring along my small dog. Minor disappointment...no automatic ice maker in fridge but furnishings nice and beds comfortable. Would rent again.

The bedrooms were spacious each with their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and utensils plus a blender for smoothies. Typical rental furniture but comfortable. Two separate decks which doesn't make much sense.

Comfy stay, just a tad dated

Loved the master bathroom, especially the tub. However the upper tiles and ceiling in the shower were molded. The floor plan of the house was easy to navigate. Furniture was somewhat dated. This rental is pet friendly which is why we got it, but it shows in the carpets and the couches. The back porch wasn't cleaned up, there was a metal chair laid down nearly blocking access to one set of stairs, a few of the banister rails on the railing were completely disconnected from the bottom end, and overall the porch was dirty. I wouldn't be as nit picky about this place had it not been for the amount I paid for it. It was incredibly overpriced for the quality of stay.

Just ok

This house looks a lot better in the pics. Home had a musty smell as soon as we opened the door. Strange home layout. Older home as is Shipyard Plantation in general. The landscaping at the home and in this section of Shipyard Plantation looks like something out of Jurrasic Park. We rented home for two weeks, way too long for Hilton Head. We left after 10th day. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Spring in Hilton Head

The location was fine. i enjoyed several different options for walks. The queen sized bed in the master bedroom was small for us compared to our king sized bed at home. The sofa in the living room was not comfortable due to the width (depth?) of the seats. The hot water was inadequate for showers even for the first person to take a shower, regardless of whether we had used the dishwasher or clothes washer that day.. The water was luke warm at best.

Nice Place needs a little work.

We enjoyed our stay here. There's lots of room for everyone and it can seat 18 for dinner! We loved relaxing on the large sofa or feeling the morning breeze coming off the 6th hole while sitting on the back deck. Having the newspaper delivered every morning was a treat. Still, with a little work it would be even better: There were no instructions for range. The oven would not work and our cooks had to go online to figure out how to use it. The ice cream scoop needs to be replaced. The back sliding glass doors are very heavy and hard to move. The ceiling fan in the living room perhaps needs adjusting, as it rattled at times. The fan in the 1st bathroom sounds like a saw and needs to be replaced. The shower head needs to be replaced in 2nd bath. In the 3rd bathroom, there is no drain plug in the sink, the shower doors are hard to slide and the exhaust fan doesn’t work. One wonders if the owners ever stay in some of these rentals.

The ice cream scoop has been replaced, and the bathrooms are scheduled for a renovation in the fall. Maintenance inspected the ceiling fan and bathroom fans, which are all new, and found them working correctly. Thank you!
