Authentic and Luxurious Sapê House built essentially of quari-quara wood with thatched roofs and is located in front of the sea, with a magnificent view of the bay of Mangaratiba. Surrounded by greenery, this beautiful luxury beach house has its own private beach, a pier, helipad, a magnificent swimming pool and jacuzzi.

It is located in the Condominium Itaóca, about 120km from Rio and with easy access to a beautiful beach with beautiful landscapes. The residence has the capacity to receive up to 18 guests in 8 suites (consisting of 3 king size beds, 2 double beds and 8 single beds).

All rooms have their own balcony, great view of the beach or garden, with blackout drapes, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Facilities include TV room with Sky, sound system throughout the house, dining room and bar. Also has Wi-Fi, gym, pool table, boat house, stand-up paddle, BBQ area, modern kitchen and laundry.

Access can be made by motor boat, if desired.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
