Inside, you'll find bright, breezy spaces designed for unwinding- including two comfortable living areas (one upstairs, one down), a well-equipped kitchen for casual meals, and relaxing screened porches on the east and north sides, ideal for morning coffee or evening beverages. You can also relax, and enjoy the semi-ocean view, ocean breezes and star gazing on the upstairs covered porch.

After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower and fire up the grill for a family cookout. Every detail at Pirates & Parrots has been thoughtfully updated to make relaxing not just easy, but inevitable. So bring your favorite people, leave your worries behind, and settle into island time. You might just find your own little slice of Margaritaville.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed.

$69 Damage Waiver in sub-total is the premium for an accidental tenant damage insurance policy that covers up to $3000.
