Private parking is available right at the entrance. A simple walkway leads to the elevated home, creating a sense of privacy and seclusion from the moment you arrive, while still feeling safe and convenient. The Area The drive from the airport is around 45 minutes. Then, just under 10 minutes to secluded beaches like Matapalo and Matapalito; 25 minutes to Las Catalinas, Flamingo Marina or Potrero, and about 20 minutes from Coco and Hermosa Beach. The Pool This is an added amenity, since is not in the property but rather an open to the public and shared pool located in the community with a schedule from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. It takes about 5 minutes to drive from the house to the pool. The Space This modern jungle villa blends clean design with its natural surroundings.
