Our approximately 70 m² holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of a beautiful historic villa and was completely renovated in 2021 and refurnished to accommodate 4 people (2 adults + 2 children).
The separate entrance is accessible via a comfortable steel staircase and leads into the entryway, where the coat rack is located.
The cosy and modern holiday rental features a living/dining room, a bedroom with a 180 cm x 200 cm bed and its own TV, a children’s room with two single beds, a new bathroom with a spacious shower, and a new kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and oven.
The kitchen leads out to the beautiful rooftop terrace (18 m²), where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast, grill on the provided charcoal grill, and relax in the evening with a glass of wine.
Utilities such as water, electricity, etc., are included in the price.
Also included in the rental price are one set of bed linens and one set of hand and bath towels per person.

Schöne, große Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts, vor allem die Küche . Ruhige Lage, dicht am Seeufer, Bäcker und Supermarkt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Problemlose Buchung und netter Kontakt.
