Our goal was to create a home where guests can unwind. To that end, the interior design was meant to be clean and stripped down to the essentials. Modern furnishings blend with the typically cosy “birdhouse” architecture in the Scandinavian or Nordic style: spacious, bright, modernly furnished, and very well-equipped. It’s a paradise there in every season and perfect for a short or extended getaway in this idyllic setting! The house is perfectly suited for family holidays, even with multiple families or a group of up to 8 people. Siegsdorf is characterised by its cultural landscape steeped in tradition, which our farmers and our artisanal and industrial traditions play a key role in shaping. Anyone who visits us to explore the wonderful Chiemgau region and Lake Chiemsee from our centrally located property will feel as if they’re staying with relatives in Bavaria. From spring through fall, visitors can enjoy hiking and biking here, and when the snow falls, they can go winter hiking, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing in one of the now very rare natural snow paradises in the Hochfelln ski area. Holidaymakers will also find a mini-golf course, a children’s playground, and a football field at the Vorauf Holiday Park.

Our brand-new “Garmisch” model holiday home is located in the quiet Vorauf Holiday Park and spans 160 m² across 3 floors. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people (3 bedrooms, each with a 160-cm double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 90-cm single beds).
Each of the 3 bathrooms features a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. Additionally, one of the bathrooms includes a bathtub.

The spacious, south-facing balcony-terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Chiemgau Alps. A grill and sun loungers are also available for your use.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is spacious, bright, modern, and cosy, inviting you to spend time together.

The kitchen is well-equipped with:
dishes, silverware, cups, glasses, all kitchen utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a stainless-steel espresso maker, and much more.

The entire house features comfortable underfloor heating, and there are also 2 smart TVs in the house.
