Die Feriensiedlung liegt am Hang und ist sehr dicht bebaut.Das Haus ist von der Optik her sehr schön, allerdings ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig , dass Küche und Wohnzimmers im Obergeschoss sind. Ausserdem sind Balkon und Terrasse gleich ausgerichtet, also nachmittags in der Sonne. So hat man leider nie die Möglichkeiten in der Sonne zu frühstücken. Die Gebühr für die Reinigung ist relativ hoch, aber es war dafür nicht sauber genug ( sehr viele Spinnweben, Geschirr und Tisch fleckig)Am unerfreulichsten war allerdings der Ansprechpartner Quartierfreunde. Leider hatte ich dazu die Bewertung zu spät gelesen . Ich hatte eine Umbuchung für das nächste Wochenende angefragt. Zwei Monate vor Reisebeginn und das Haus war zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch unbelegt. Um diese zwei Daten zu ändern, sollte ich 49,00 Gebühr übernehmen. Eindeutig überzogen !
