Gute Strandlage, toller Blick

Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Betten top! Gemütliche Möbel! Haus ist hellhörig! Straße läuft direkt vorm Haus lang! Allerdings gibt’s in Punkto Sanierungsstau und Sauberkeit Punktabzug! Hier sollte der Vermieter zur Werterhaltung etwas tun!!! Riesiges Bad, keine Waschmaschine, eigentlich Standard ! Vor allem bei diesem gehobenen Preis!

Apartment 15 ist super gelegen, mit Blick auf die schöne Ostsee. Selbst wenn man erwacht ist der Blick noch im Bett liegend auf die Ostsee möglich. Parkplatz im Hof und ein Lift sind vorhanden. Moderne, zeitgemäße Einrichtung hat mich besonders gefallen. Mehr ist für erholsame Zeit aus meiner Sicht nicht notwendig.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der geräumigen, komfortabel eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Betten sind wunderbar zum erholsamen Schlafen und wir haben die gemütliche Couch im Wohnzimmer geliebt. Im Frühjahr/ Sommer ist es sicher herrlich auf einem der beiden schönen Balkone zu frühstücken. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und funktional eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wunderbar: Nur über den Deich laufen und du stehst direkt am Sandstrand der Ostsee.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Einrichtung, Küche gut eingerichtet, Balkon Meersicht toll. Ein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon wär toll sowie Mückengitter. Sehr gutes Internet. Lift im Gebäude.

Wunderschön eingerichtete saubere Wohnung. Lage ist perfekt. Die Hundestrandbezeichnung ist etwas irreführend. Nicht 15a sondern 27 und 9 sind Übergänge zu Hundestränden. Also nicht direkt vor dem Haus. Aber das tut dem ganzen keinen Abbruch. Wir werden wieder kommen. Die Lage, das Haus, die Wohnung sind einfach toll.
