Belle maison mais mauvaise relation client

La maison est située dans un endroit très calme, dans la nature. Elle est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. En revanche la relation client avec Interhome est très mauvaise, nous avons eu des problèmes avec les poubelles qui ne sont vidées qu'une fois par mois, elles débordaient de partout quand nous sommes arrivés et il a fallu 2 semaines au bureau local pour nous dire qu'en effet ils s'étaient trompés dans le calendrier de ramassage qu'ils nous avaient envoyé... Pour les draps bien qu'il y ait 3 chambres ils ne donnent que 2 paires de draps lorsque vous êtes 4, alors que nous sommes avec 2 adolescents qui ne voulaient pas partager leur lit... Aucun contact ni à l'arrivée ni au départ pour savoir si tout se passait bien, tout ceci est très anonyme et manque vraiment de suivi et de préoccupation de la satisfaction du client.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus im September 2023 für drei Wochen gemietet und waren voll auf begeistert! Von der Sonnenterasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick zum Meer und in die Natur! Schöne Strände sind in der Nähe, ein Auto wird allerdings benötigt. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Fijn huis

Heel fijn huis, ruim, koel en netjes, alles erop en eraan. Lekker buiten zitten met barbecue. Minpuntjes: het is nogal een gedoe met de vuilnisbakken die af en toe door zwijnen omgegooid worden, ook als het toegangshek gesloten is. En boodschappen doen, daar moet je zo'n 20 minuten voor rijden, geen horeca in de buurt, wel veel mooie strandjes. Schitterende omgeving.

sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Vignola Mare

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Einchecken und die Kontakte mit dem Vermieter haben sehr gut funktioniert. Mit Fahrrädern haben wir die nahen Strände, die ca 4- 5 KM entfernt sind, sehr gut erreichen können. Nur 300 Meter entfernt ist ein Agriturismo mit toller Küche. Mit dem Auto ist die gesamte Nordostküste und der Norden Sardiniens in ca 30- 45 Minuten erreichbar.

tolle Woche in Aglientu

Die Lage des Objektes ist ca 4 KM vom Meer entfernt, wobei Portobello ein "geschlossenes/gated" Dorf mit einem schönen Strand ist. Vignola Mare ist etwas weiter entfernt und hat einen wunderschönen, sehr großen Strand und die einzige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Objekt selbst ist modern eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
