Stunning location.

We had an amazing week at Villa Mati. The views are just stunning and make up for anything the villa lacks. Our only complaint would be about the bed linen. We were shocked this isn't included in the price of the rental. Added to that, the beds weren't made up & none of the sheets fitted the beds.

Lage, Lage, Lage

Villa Mati liegt wunderschön, das Haus ist groß, die ganze Anlage Porto Bello ist ruhig, weitläufig mit viel Platz zu den Nachbarn. Genau das muss man wissen. Es gibt einen Minimarkt, das war‘s mehr oder weniger. Wer Ruhe, Platz und Meer will, ist hier richtig. Das Haus selbst hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Es ist alles etwas abgerockt und riecht leicht muffig. Wer mit damit leben kann und sich mit dem traumhaften Ausblick über Mängel hinwegtrösten kann, für den stimmt Preis-Leistung.

Eher enttäuschend

Das Haus liegt wunderschön, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Leider gibt es keinen Sandstrand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr billig, mit Plastikmöbeln, mit bunt gemischtem Geschirr und Gläsern, nur zwei Liegen, etc. Die Küche ist sehr klein und der Geschirrspüler fällt fast auseinander. Es gibt auch keine Mückennetze obwohl es sehr viele Mücken hat, und Schlafen bei geschlossenen Fenstern aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage nicht möglich ist.

À notre arrivée, une forte odeur de moisi était présente dans la villa. 2 matelas étaient très sales et n'avaient pas d'alaise.Concernant l'entretien, il n'y avait qu'un balai extérieur, sans seau ni serpillière, ça a été impossible de nettoyer la maison durant notre séjour à 6 . Le frigo est très vieux et ne fonctionne pas:il gèle tous les aliments et fuit à cause de joints défectueux. Malgrès mes messages pour signaler tout ça, rien n'a été fait. On m'a expliquer comment me passer des choses.

Lage top - Infrastruktur sosolala

Nach 2024 sind wir zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hause, das mit seiner Lage überzeugt! Zur Infrastruktur (sosolala) haben wir uns beim letzten Aufenthalt ausreichend geäussert. Hier zwei zusätzliche Bemerkungen: - Abfallentsorgung: der "braune Kübel" fehlt, es war nicht vorhanden! - Die Wasserzuleitung unterhalb des Waschbeckens in der Küche ist undicht. Wir haben ein Gefäss darunter gestellt, um das Wasser aufzufangen. Für den Werteerhalt der Liegenschaft wäre eine verbesserte Infrastruktur gut!

Vielen Dank, dass Sie erneut zu Gast waren. Die beanstandeten Punkte wurden inzwischen behoben – sowohl das Leck unter dem Waschbecken als auch der fehlende braune Abfallbehälter sind inzwischen in Ordnung. Wir freuen uns, wenn die Lage weiterhin überzeugt.

Aussen Hui, Innen Pfui

Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Da wir etwas früh in der Saison dort waren hatten leider keine Lokalitäten in Fußnähe geöffnet. Wir hatten drei Bettbezüge bezahlt aber nur zwei vorgefunden. Der Kontakt mit Interhome in Olbia kam trotz Mails und Anrufe unsererseits nicht zustande. Das Geschirr in den Küchenschränken war dreckig und auch sonst lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Es gab nicht ein Blatt Klopapier, keine Tonnen für Müll,obwohl wir ihn hätten entsorgen müssen. W-LAN-Passwort war falsch

Lage top / Infrastruktur mittelmässig

Seit Jahren, rd. zum 15. Mal, bereisen wir Sardinien. So kennen wir die Vielfalt dieses tollen Landes, speziell das Gebiet der Gallura. Unsere Unterkünfte suchten wir stets an vorzüglichen Aussichtslagen (Häuser und Hotels). So sind wir auf Ihr Angebot, Villa Mati, gestossen. Diese Villa liegt mit aussergewöhnlich freier Sicht auf Meer und Macchia top - DAS Mietargument! Die rd. 200 Villen liegen in gepflegten Gärten mit Macchia-Bepflanzung. Alle Zugangswege sind sehr sauber u gut unterhalten

Schönes Haus in Küstennähe

Das Haus ist grundsätzlich wunderschön u. in bezaubernder Lage bei netten Details, wie z.B. Raumbeleuchtung oder Aussen— Innenbereich, sehr lichtdurchflutet. Leider mangelhaft im Küchenbereich sowie bzg. aller durchgelegenen Matratzen. Ein Korbstuhl am Esstisch war kaputt sowie die Aussenlounge. Es wäre angemessen, intakte Sitzkissen für Innen und Aussenbereich zu haben . Das Wlan funktionierte nicht, wurde jedoch von der Verwaltung umgehend bei Beanstandung behoben. Auch viele andere Mängel.

Villa Mati

L’endroit est magnifique et calme. Les chambres sont impeccables. Par contre la cuisine manque d’équipement de base (3 bols pour 6 personnes pas de produits pour commencer : sel, produit vaisselle …) Pas de Check in ni de Check out, nous n’avons vu personne c’est le gardien à l’accueil qui nous a donné les clés.

Nous avons bien noté votre déception de ne pas trouver de produits de base comme du sel ou du liquide vaisselle mais il s’agit d’une location de vacances et nous vous confirmons que ces produits ne sont pas inclus dans la prestation. Enfin, le gardien est le seul à être autorisé à remettre les clés mais notre équipe locale est à votre disposition si vous rencontrez le moindre problème. Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.

La posizione è davvero splendida ma la dotazione in cucina molto scarsa con pentole usurate e poco funzionali. Pessima la gestione rifiuti, che non dipende certo da Interhome, ma il ritiro è "saltato " per una intera settimana.

All defects should be reported to the keyholder, so it can be noted and resolved as soon as possible. In any case, there are now new pots in the kitchen. Waste collection needs to be sorted appropriately, or the municipality waste collectors will overlook it. Thank you for the review.

Um diese zu bekämpfen mussten wir Ameisenfallen kaufen. Viele tote Moskitos im Haus. Kein Moskitonetz, kein Ventilator. Bettwäsche (2 Leintücher). Alte, unbequeme Kopfkissen. Abfalltrennung: zuwenig Container & Deckel defekt). WLAN Beschriftung nicht korrekt aufgeschrieben. Siphon im Bad tropfte, Lumpen musste täglich ausgewindet werden.

Wir hatten einen entspannten, wunderschönen Urlaub.

Portobello ist ein besonderer Ort, um einfach nur zu entspannen und diese wunderschöne Landschaft in Ruhe zu geniessen. Die Mati ist schlicht eingerichtet, aber alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich was besonderes!

belle vue mer

Très belle vue mer, la maison est belle mais manque d'entretien, dommage que la propreté intérieure et l'entretien extérieur ne soit pas au rendez vous, équipement intérieur vétuste et souvent en mauvais état dommage....
