We had a wonderful stay at the house in Key Colony, which is a charming neighborhood with a classic Keys feel. The house accommodations fit our family of 8 perfectly, with everyone sleeping in a bed! Pool was refreshing after a day on the boat, and location was perfect for getting to the Gulf of America or the Atlantic Ocean quickly to start your fishing and lobstering activities. House was well equipped with our culinary needs. The Cabana Club access was a fun way to wind down in the climate controlled pool and the bar served refreshing beverages. We would love to stay in the house again:)

Perfect Family Vacation

We have stayed in this home multiple times and absolutely love it. This was our first visit with the grands a 4,2 and 1 year old and it was perfect.

Family Vacation

Chose this property because it is one story for my 2 year old grandson. Loved everything about it - convenient location, house layout, pool, dock. All were perfect. Will definitely check availability for my next trip to the keys.

We recently stayed at the Key Colony Beach house for a family vacation and were THRILLED with the accommodations. The house listed as sleeping 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean with everything in working order, the pool and tiki hut were a pleasant addition. We will consider this property for our next vacation and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely, safe place to stay.

Great canal home!

The house was on a deep water dock with pool & tiki area. Met all our needs for a large group with two young children. The kitchen had all we needed, there was a bait freezer, pool floats & pool toys. The sunsets & wild life were great too (pelicans, manatee, iguana, fish). We loved the walk ability of the neighborhood & use of the Cabana Club too! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Girls trip

The pool was not heated upon our arrival. We paid extra for heating it was not warm until Tuesday, the pool was in need of cleaning that didn’t happen till Monday afternoon so we were disappointed in not being able to use our pool for 3 days of our vacation. The floors were not as clean as we thought they should’ve been. Black socks if you walked around sock footed. The overall house was great exactly as advertised. Loved the area felt safe and no issues traveling around.

Nice house and great location

I'm very satisfied with the house conditions and cleanness overall, only thing I think they can definitely improve is the grocery supply. They only provided one trash bag without any supply, no laundry pods/liquid, 3-4 dishwasher pods. I didn't expect that I will have to run to grocery store to buy these stuff in order to keep the house clean, at least trash bags should be provided.
