This bright and attractive home is right on the canal with a 70-foot boat dock, a covered balcony with partial ocean views, and an outstanding interior featuring an open floorplan and nine-foot ceilings that you will love. The living area features lots of comfortable furniture surrounding a TV, an ideal place for entertaining guests or kicking back after a long afternoon on the water. The full kitchen features granite countertops, a center prep island with four breakfast bar stools, and all the appliances you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal. The dining table seats 10 guests, or you can have alfresco meals on the balcony with canal views stretching out before you. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of, including the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a TV.

This home is close to many fun activities and attractions such as fishing, snorkeling, dining, and Sombrero Beach. Check out the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Marathon Community Park, Key Colony Beach Golf, the Turtle Hospital, and the Dolphin Research Center, all less than eight miles from your door. Additionally, Key Largo and Key West are both about 50 miles away.

This is what we said to each other when we first walked in and went through the house. We were so surprised because traditionally it’s always been that the photos look better. The photos do not do this justice. It is awesome, clean, and with beautiful views. Definitely recommend!!

Awesome area with wonderful views of the sunrise and sunset (February). Comfy beds, lots of seating inside and out. We spent so much time on the covered deck and swimming in the pool. Paying to heat the pool was 100% worth it. We would definitely return to Marathon Majesty in the future. My only complaint was that there was no option to add any baby stuff so I had to rent a pack n play and high chair from a separate company.

We loved the pool/house/views! House was very clean! Easy access to US1… great location. Near restaurants, beach, and grocery stores. Great pool and deck. Patio furniture was in very good condition and comfortable. House is very easy to keep clean. Washer and dryer are large and easy to use. Just a few nit picky things: - outside trash cans need to be replaced.. no covers and smell bad - master bathroom bath/shower had rusty soap holder and shower curtain rod is flimsy and falls a lot - Vacasa management was not easy to ask questions and obtain information from. -pool is great - would be more relaxing if pool pump was enclosed - it is very loud while trying to relax! - outdoor grill needs to be replaced - needs new pans to cook with Overall we would rent this house again! It was a great house and set up well!!! The above little things are just that… little!

Great Property - Awful Management Company

Within an hour of arriving we contacted Vacasa because the master bathroom didn't have a toilet seat. It took over 48 hours for somebody to finally show up - the common response was "we're waiting from a response from the local team". Somebody finally got back to me and told me I would get a partial refund because of the hassle - it's been 3 weeks since we checked out and Vacasa is still "waiting on a response from the local team". It seems like Vacasa is horrible at customer service and I don't appreciate being lied to. I wish I didn't have to leave a bad review, but I don't have other options. The house itself was fantastic. The private pool was nice to have, and the canal dockage let us take our rental boat out really easily. The rooms and beds were all very comfortable. The A/C worked very well and felt amazing after coming in from being out in the sun. I would absolutely stay here again, assuming it was managed by a different company.
