Nice apartment but the location needs improvement

If you are looking for a location where you can sit outside comfortably with your own family, look elsewhere. The apartment is upstairs, and has no balcony. Inside it is very new and clean. The location is a bit of a mess, weeds all over the place, a rusty sign outside, not very welcoming. The pool is in front of the owner’s house and you have to ask them to be able to go in. I missed having breakfast outside with the family, or lunch or dinner. In the shared garden there are some trees for shade, but they are apple trees so there are lots of wasps. This means there is no place at all to sit outside in the shade. In general, the place is functional but misses some love from the owner. She is very friendly and if you ask a lot is possible, but you always have to ask.

Das verrostete Schild möchten wir so rustikal halten. Geschmacksache. Bei einem Grundstück von 5ha, ja da kann in der ein oder andern Ecke mal Unkraut stehen. Wir spritzen kein Gift auf die Pflanzen und halten dadurch die Natur-Tiere und Menschen am Leben. Der Garten ist gepflegt und NEU angelegt worden. Beim Pool konnten wir leider die Lage nicht verändern (Bauamt). Die Poolbenutzung muss mit uns abgesprochen werden, da nur eine bestimmte Anzahl an Personen rein kann. Es ist unser Privater Pool und nicht nur für 1 Familie gedacht. Außerdem muss der Pool gereinigt werden. (Bei Tageslicht, da wir die Photovoltaikanlage nutzen-nachhaltig)Oft habe ich das Programm für Sie abgbrochen und Sie konnten sehr oft den Pool für sich stundenlang allein nutzen. Ein Balkon haben wir nie erwähnt. Es gibt aber sehr viele Möglichkeiten, sich draußen eine ruhige Stelle auf unserem Gelände zu suchen. (Ohne Apfelbäume) Da war Ihnen leider der Weg zu weit. Gartenmöbel haben wir angeboten. Das Problem ist der Raucherplatz, dies ist leider nur an einer Stelle möglich. Wegen der Brandgefahr von Stroh, Heu, Gebäude u.a. Tut uns sehr leid. Ich habe versucht was ich konnte.
