Jamie (an interior designer + real estate agent) and her husband Paul (also a Realtor) were only on their fourth day ever in Naples when they walked into this home. While other buyers overlooked it, they immediately saw the potential — the open layout, the roomy bedrooms, the possibilities. Within hours, they made an offer. ✨

At the time, they were living in Baltimore and planned for this to be strictly an investment property. But renovating and furnishing the home from scratch changed everything. Somewhere between picking finishes, discovering local gems, and watching the house transform, they fell head-over-heels for Naples. ❤️ They moved here full-time the next year.

Paul is now a Realtor in Naples, and together they continue to run a real estate team in Baltimore.

When they’re not helping guests or clients, you’ll find them playing with their senior rescue dog, traveling, exploring new cities, eating everywhere from Michelin stars to dive bars, and enjoying great wine. 🍷✈️
