Turn off the lights and lock the doors
OCCUPANCY & USE Max 10 guests. Designed for 8 adults. No parties or events. Primary renter must be 25+. Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Please respect neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.
CARE OF HOME No smoking. No pets unless approved. Rinse off after beach use. Return kayaks and outdoor items to original place. Report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly.
TRASH & CHECKOUT Trash and recycling are picked up Monday and Thursday in summer. Please use outdoor bins only. At checkout, take out trash, start dishwasher, and lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
