Upstairs unit of a completely remodeled 2-flat near Atwood Ave. Great kitchen with a cathedral ceiling, solid-surface countertops, and maple cabinets. 6-foot walk-in shower and double vanities in the large bathroom. Master bedroom with patio door to a small deck. Second bedroom with Murphy bed and built-in desk. Sitting area with a 75” television. But in speakers in the kitchen with a Sonos receiver. Nice deck off the entry. The city of Madison requires a minimum stay of 30 days.
