Thus, the villa offers space for up to 5 people. Outside, a very well-maintained 900 m² Mediterranean garden with panoramic terrace and barbecue area awaits you, exuding aromas of lavender and rosemary in summer. The 24 m² pool invites you to relax.
The centre of Vižinada with shopping facilities and a small café are within walking distance of the house.
Adjacent to the vineyards are Istria's truffle forests, where the best white and black truffles thrive. The region is also known for the Parenzana, a former train route that connects Venice with Porec. Directly from the house you can board it and explore it by bike or on foot.
