Dream villa for 6 on the east coast of Istria
On the outskirts of the medieval town of Labin on the east coast of Istria, the 160 m² villa awaits you in a modern, romantic style with three bedrooms (each with double bed), two bathrooms (shower/WC) and a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen. The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The new town of Labin with its numerous shops, cafés and restaurants is within walking distance. In the nearby old town of Labin you will find numerous historical monuments and impressive buildings, which you can explore during a walk through the medieval alleys of the old town.
The beautiful beaches of the holiday resort Rabac, famous for its white pebble beaches and pure bathing pleasure, are about 5 km away.

Perfect stay in villa tisa!!
We were 5 days in the perfect villa tisa. The owner Sanel & Tea are very nice people and everything in the villa was like it was described. It was very clean in the house and even the garden with the pool and the bbq place is great.
We can really recommend the house especially for families!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien- aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Die Villa Tisa ist ein Traum und entspricht 💯 % der Beschreibung und den Fotos.
Es fehlt nichts - der Zustand ist top.
Die Vermieter Tea und Sanel sind super nett -hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle, wenn auch nur irgendein Wunsch offen ist.
Das Olivenöl -welches die Vermieter selbst herstellt -ist ein purer Genuss .
Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen/ wir kommen wieder .

Es gibt kaum Worte womit man diese wunderschöne Villa beschreiben kann!!
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer sehr komfortablen Ausstattung.
Es fehlt hier an nichts !!!
Das schöne Grundstück samt Pool laden einfach nur zum verweilen und genießen ein!
Alles hier ist sehr freundlich und auf alle Bedürfnisse eines schönen Urlaubes abgestimmt !
Wir haben Die Zeit hier einfach nur genossen und empfehlen jedem diese Villa weiter ❤❤❤

Super Gastgeber, wunderschönes Ferienhaus, alles perfekt
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Tisa. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann. Alles ist sehr sehr sauber, die Lage traumhaft schön. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool und die Sitzgruppe am Grill wunderschön. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Die Inneneinrichtung ist richtig gemütlich. Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig lieb und freundlich. Es ist ihnen nichts zuviel, sie waren stets bemüht, dass alles passt und waren immer erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tips von ihnen bekommen und einen traumhaften Tag auf einem Motorboot verbracht und einen tollen Jet Ski Verleih empfohlen bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und die Villa Tisa kann man gerne und mit gutem Gewissen jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Man müsste eigentlich viel mehr Sterne vergeben können
