The rooms had very high ceilings and very wide floorboards that is typical of old buildings, easy 20 minute walk from main station and close to food options as in eating out or shopping at supermarkets. The hosts were easy to contact via mobile number provided so I would highly recommend this holiday apartment

Amazing

Me and my best friend have just finished a week’s break in Berlin. This apartment is fab all round. The apartment is located between Westhafen, U Reinickendorf and U Birkenstaße with buses located directly on the door step. There’s a handy late night newsagent, coffee and cake shop two doors down. There is also a Lidl within five minutes walking distance. The apartment is lovely on the inside, warm (at least in winter!) and got a good range of stuff. In apartments I’ve stayed in before this is one of the better equipped - plenty of crockery and cutlery. There’s also three sauce pans and two frying pans. Lastly there’s a wide range of utensils and helpful kitchen bits. The furniture is quirky which adds the character and the building is very quiet. The bathroom is small, but you can see that in the pictures. It’s functional and the shower has good pressure. Check in was simple and the guy who met us at the apartment super responsive. All in all, a great stay.

Not for the faint of heart

Check-in: at all times, requires scheduled meet-up with off-site property manager to be let in; mandatory tip (scale) after hours.Building: initial (no lock) entry via unlit tunnel of terror... then across sketchy inner courtyard... then into another building (no lock)... then up one floor (first lighting available)... to VRBO unit. Note that same building stairwell also leads down into a labyrinth of pre-war passages...Unit: only renovated space is the half-meter shower and a prison cell sink; apartment led to one of those "You expect me to stay here?!" evenings... Queen bed in bedroom, and in living room, fold-out couch (queen) and a third Murphy bed (single). No tv, but yes Wi-Fi... and decent view overlooking dark courtyard and many other apartment units from massive kitchen window (no coverings)...Atmosphere: Alternate set for Shawshank Redemption, where Brooks resides when first let out of prison. Definitely empowered a discussion of East Berlin in the 80s...Furnishings: cheap, like minimal toilet paper (highlighted at check-in but no remedy), no microwave, and a single cereal bowl. Must give credit for someone providing towels and bedding (could have been left by Brooks?).One city block from Lidl. Two shawarma shops and a modern cafe in adjoining building. Did I mention how "sketch" this building itself is? Positively, 20 minutes' walk on a single road north from main train station terminal... past two modern hostels offering beds for 10-20/night (might eve

Super schöne kleine Wohnung - mit Hinterhof-Altbau-Feeling in Moabit. Tolle Blumensträuße in den Zimmern :) Hohe Zimmerdecken - was will man mehr.....

Appartement confortable

Bel appartement bien aménagé bien équipé avec une bonne literie. Tout correspond à l’annonce. Seul bémol pas d’accès direct au métro. Il faut utiliser une ligne de bus.

Einfache Basis für Berlinbesuche

Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, gut geschnitten, hat hohe Decken und schöne Dielen. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, eher spartanisch. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten aus unserer Sicht: - Zu wenig Besteck (teilweise auch Geschirr) - es fehlt eine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett - die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer lassen sich schwer verschieben, da die Gardinenstangen mit Klebeband verbunden wurden - es gibt keine Gaderobenhaken im Eingangsbereich - der Backofen sollte Mal grundgereinigt werden Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, Probleme wurden schnell gelöst.

Große Enttäuschung!

Die Beschreibung unter fewo-direkt hat leider sehr wenig mit der Realität zu tun. Die Möbel in der Wohnung waren auf Sperrmüll-Niveau, die Küche unzureichend ausgestattet, schlechte Beleuchtung, nicht sauber, das Treppenhaus versifft.

Die Fewo ist lieblos mit defektem Sperrmüll eingerichtet, "neues Duschbad" ist ein Witz; zuerst habe ich einen geschätzt mehrmonatigen alten Haarknödel aus dem Dusch-Ablauf entfernt, weil man beim ersten Duschen gleich bis zum Knöchel im Wasser stand. Küchenausstattung extrem mager. Siehe Vorbewertungen, treffen es auch gut. Wenns billig wäre und man sich an abgewohnte WGs erinnern möchte... Aber so: extrem neg. Preis-/leistungsverhältnis. Positiv: Heizung funktioniert und warmes Wasser auch

Etwas heruntergekommene Hinterhof Wohnung

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Wohnung empfanden wir als unpassend. Die Möbel sehen nach Sperrmüll aus und auch die Kommunikation zum Check In gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entsprach nicht ganz der Beschreibung, es fehlte bspw. Ein Föhn. Zusätzlich wird man nach der Buchung aufgefordert eine Kaution über 200€ zu zahlen.

Gebraucht aber sauber

Bettwäsche und Handtücher reinweiß und gestärkt. Die Möbel gebraucht aber sauber. Die Ausstattung gut. Der Duschvorhang muss erneuert werden. Die Küchendecke hat einen riesigen Wasserfleck. 3.60 m hohe Wände verschlingen viel Energie. 140 cm Bett war für uns zu eng, im Nachbarzimmer steht noch ein Metallgestellbett das wir dann zusätzlich benutzten. Ansonsten war es ruhig im Seitenflügel.

Leergeräumte, ohne Liebe eingerichtete Studenten-WG anstatt Ferienwohnung

Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und wie auf den Fotos im Inserat spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gab neben Handtüchern und Bettwäsche auch Spültabs, Spülmittel und Geschirrhandtücher. Die Fotos sind allerdings sehr vorteilhaft gemacht. Die Möbel sind nicht antik, sondern eher günstige, ältere Möbel- meist mit kleinen Schäden z.b. an den Griffen und fleckig. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, das Etagenbett wackelt und quietscht. Die Küche hat eine Geschirrspülmaschine, die wir nutzten- sie funktionierte ohne Probleme. Allerdings ist nur wenig Geschirr - nicht zusammenpassend iund zum Teil angeschlagen- man musste nach jeder Mahlzeit die Maschine anstellen, um für die nächste wieder ausreichend Geschirr zu haben. Der Herd ist defekt- funktioniert nur ab und zu- wir vermuten Wasser unter dem induktiven Feld. Zur Waschmaschine können wir keine Angaben machen. Der Fön fehlte. Das Bad ist klein, die Dusche nur für schlanke Personen gut nutzbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Seitenflügel- ist allerdings sehr dunkel, da die Fenster in den Hinterhof gehen. Im Treppenhaus riecht es häufig nach Gras. Der auf den Bildern abgebildete Spielplatz ist ca. 500m entfernt. Parkplätze gibt es (anders als in der Beschreibung auch nicht mit gut Glück- der Parkplatz ist unter Bebauung) keine- außer zu bezahlende Anwohnerparkplätze. Auf die Rückmeldung an die Vermieter wurde sofort reagiert- eine Veränderung erfolgte allerdings nicht. Für den Preis und als schöne Urlaubsunterkunft können wir die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nette Wohnung

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung, es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Person, die unser Ansprechpartner war, war sehr engagiert. Die Wohnung ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet, aber alles was man braucht ist da.
