Single-family house "Laura", renovated in 2021. In the hamlet Most Pićan 4 km from the centre of Pićan, 20 km from the centre of Rabac, in a quiet position, 14 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (above ground) round (5,5 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 07.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 11.9 km, pebble beach 20 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
3-room house 75 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Authenticité et dépaysement

Très jolie maison au milieu des vignes et des très beaux paysages de l'Istrie avec ses villages médiévaux, ses très belles villes et ses jolies plages. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et bien entretenue avec un beau jardin et une grande piscine. Une attention toute particulière à P. et à sa famille, des gens d'une gentillesse incroyable. Ils nous ont donné des légumes, des œufs frais, du vin, un excellent gâteau, quel bonheur !!!

Schönes Haus aber keine ruhige Lage

Das positive an unserem Aufenthalt war das das Haus der sauber und schön ist. Es ist alles da was man so braucht im Alltag und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Märkte mit 5 min. Autofahren erreichbar für den kleinen Einkauf zwischendurch. Ansonsten ca. 20 min. Das negative laut Anzeige ruhige Lage das trifft definitiv nicht zu! Hier ist rund um die Uhr Verkehrslärm da man gleich neben der Straße wohnt. Von früh bis spät im Minuten takt Autos Lkws usw. Das sollte man aufjedenfall wissen!

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Pool und Liegen ist ausreichend, aber sehr uneben. Das Negative und das ist aus dem Angebot im Internet nicht zu erkennen und nicht erwähnt, dass in ca. 20 Meter Entfernung eine viel befahrene Straße verläuft. (Werktags mit sehr viel LKW Verkehr) In ca. 150 Meter die nächste viel befahrene Straße. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft stehen noch ein paar Ferienhäuser. Hier ist nächtliche Ruhestörung vor programmiert. Auch kein Hinweis.

Privatsphäre und Beschreibung stimmen nicht ganz ü

Vermieter wohnen direkt neben an! Gastfreundlichkeit fehlte.Jeden Morgen um 7 wurde der Pool gereinigt,das ziemlich laut in den Zimmern war.Keine Privatsphäre im Garten/Terrasse.Als wir von einem Ausflug zurück kamen,waren einfach neue Blumen im Garten gepflanzt!Keine Schlüssel für die Zimmertüren.Keine Grundausstattung wie Geschirrspültabs(Wir waren 9 Tage dort) Es gab lediglich 1 Tab für Geschirrspüler und 1 für die Waschmaschine! Der ,,Nahe einkaufsladen" ist sehr klein und hat kaum Produkte.
