Alles in Allem ok!

Wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt.Lage top! Aussicht top! Das ein und andere wäre aber anzumerken.1. Der Balkon war alles andere als sauber!2. Das Sofa ist ziemlich weich. Mit etwas Rückenproblemen ist man auf einem Stuhl besser aufgehoben.3. Wussten nicht wohin mit den Fahrrädern Die 2 kleinen Räume für die Räder ( ca. 2x 9qm) war vollgestopft mit (alten) Fahrrädern. Geachätzt 40-50 Stk. ( Haben unsere E-Bikes teils mit unserem Auto in die Garage quetschen müssen) Hat zwar irgendwie funktioniert, anders wäre aber schöner!Trotz der kleineren hier beschriebenen Dinge können wir das Appartment emphehlen.

Einrichtung Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, super Ausblick. Die Vermittlung hat einwandfrei geklappt . Leider war das Sofa eine Katastrophe, abgenutzt, seitlich noch Spuren vom Essen, habe mich einmal reingesetzt, brauchte eine zweite Person um da wieder hoch zu kommen, sass fast auf dem Boden. Bett sauber aber leider knüppelhart. Konnte nur am Küchentisch an Holzstühlen sitzen . Am Balkon waren nur 2 umbequeme Korbstühle. Der Besitzer sollte mal Geld in die Hand nehmen und praktische bequeme Möbel einkaufen, denn das ist seit Jahren nicht gemacht worden. Dann wäre es die perfekte Ferienwohnung und auch sein Geld wert.
