Guest can unwind with upstairs porch overlooking the water, and watching the sunset. Also offers a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. With air conditioning and heating, the environment stays just right no matter the season. This home provides all Kitchen appliances, cooking equipment along bathrooms essential. Unlimited things to do like: Dining local restaurants and bars, walking and fishing at the jetty, shopping downtown, CLOSE to BEACHES and JC Park-playground. This BEACHHOME provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Strip the bed linens: leave blankets, sheets, and comforters in front of the bedroom door (do not remove any pillow protector anything with a zipper) Empty the fridge-freezer of any food or drinks

Place all used towels and washcloths in the bathroom or laundry room Dispose of all garbage in a bag-Place in trash cans downstairs in front of garage Load dishwasher/and start before leaving

Turn off all light Check to make sure any personal belongings left behind-Lost items are returned at your expense Lock all doors Send a message after checkout to Huey to confirm departure

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
