Very well-equipped vacation home with several terraces, garden and sea view

There are several options for enjoying the outdoors: a furnished terrace in front of the living room, a patio next to the kitchen that is also furnished with patio furniture, and a private rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding area all the way to the sea. The private garden is completely enclosed.

The ground floor features the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a half-bath. On the ground floor, you’ll find the two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each equipped with built-in closets—as well as the bathroom. The balcony of one of the bedrooms leads out to the rooftop terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area all the way to the sea.

All rooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, ensuring comfortable temperatures inside the house year-round.

In-house Wi-Fi is available.

The house is located in the Fuente del Gallo villa community near Conil. The sandy beach at Fuente del Gallo is just a few minutes’ walk away. The villa community features a small supermarket and a highly recommended restaurant offering excellent value for money.

You can park conveniently on the street in front of the house year-round.

Dogs are welcome. There is a fee of €30 per stay.

During the winter months from November through March, electricity and heating costs are billed separately.
