"If luck had a name, it would be a beach chair with a sea view and a glass of wine."



This house was built in a very beautiful Istrian style and is located in Marcana. The beach is only 3 km away from the house, but if you prefer to enjoy the day in the house, then the private pool offers cooling refreshment. The garden has sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. You can also bring your dogs with you, at additional cleaning fee. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the villa. The sofa bed is on the first floor inside the gaming room, separate from the living room. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining area with exit to the terrace. Inside the house there is also a small office or study room. 

The house is wonderful and offers a nice relaxing holiday in Istria.

Nice villa in a small village!

Istria is beautiful the people are friendly and there's so much to see and do. Few things could be improved inside the villa and there was a strange smell from the toilet in the ensuite. But overall we had a great holiday and will be going again in the future.

Die Villa Lelaina hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir waren 4 Personen. Zwei Badezimmer und ein Pool war für uns wichtig. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer per WhatsApp erreichbar. Auf ein Auto ist man angewiesen. Pula ist 15 km entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Strände. Wir haben uns erholt.
