Who wouldn’t want to wake up to a view of the water and enjoy breakfast on one of the terraces right above the water?<br><br>Thoughtfully furnished and equipped with high-quality amenities, the boat is moored in the marina at Port Olpenitz. From the rooftop terrace with lounge furniture, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view and can watch the marina activity while sipping a sundowner.<br><br>At over 16 metres long and 6.15 metres wide, the boat is one of a kind and likely unmatched in size anywhere in Germany.<br><br>You enter the houseboat via the lower terrace and find yourself in the open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides. For meals, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a refrigerator featuring an ice maker is available—just in case the air conditioning isn’t quite enough. In winter, underfloor heating and an electric fireplace provide cosy warmth in the living area. The other rooms have radiators.<br><br>The three bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV, ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.<br><br>Please understand that you are not permitted to set sail in this boat; it is a permanently moored houseboat.<br><br>If the single shower on the boat is not enough for you, the harbor’s 5-star showers—which also include a bathtub—are located just 30 metres away. There is also a washing machine and a dryer there.<br><br>Please note that construction work is still underway at the resort. These costs are already included in the price.<br><br>The boat may not be sailed. It is permanently moored for the duration of the rental.
