Country House 'Uriges LandhÀuschen' with Private Garden, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Located in Siegsdorf, this cozy country house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed, and another very small room with a single bed and a small sofa that can be converted into a bed. This additional room is ideal for children, but not suitable for adults, and is only accessible through the bedroom. The house is especially suitable for solo travelers and couples or for a family with up to two small children, but not for four adults. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot is also available.

Pros: perfect location: close to business appointments, yet calm and quiet. Very picturesque. Very well equipped home, especially the kitchen. Very friendly, kind and service oriented host. A perfect setting. The weather gave a winter wonderland mood as icing on the cake.

Absolutely fantastic! Loved the house, the area, the people. The house is amazing, a lovely, cute property, it has everything you could possibly need and a real homely feel. Huge, comfortable bed, loads of storage, big bathroom. The location is perfect (there is some road noise from the A8 but didnt bother us) 5 minutes drive from a town for shopping etc, larger town 10 mins away and a beautiful lake 15 mins drive away. Drive south and you hit the mountains. Only 30 mins from Salzburg, Austria which is well worth a visit (remember a vignette if youre driving, we got one at the services for about 10) check in was perfect, the owner sent lots of information which made it so easy. His mother lives in the house above the property and was lovely when she checked in with us and is on hand for any problems. Couldn't fault anything and we had the best time discovering this region.

Ein sehr gemĂŒtliches und warmes Haus, das mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet ist. Die Gastgeber sind gastfreundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.Die Lage ist einzigartig - zwischen Rosenheim und Salzburg, Chiemsee ist nur in ca.15 Min. erreichbar, eine Autobanausfahrt ist ganz in der NĂ€he.Die AutobannĂ€he kann als Nach- aber auch als Vorteil angesehen werden - draußen hört man natĂŒrlich etwas, aber die Autoreisende können ihr Ausflugsziel schneller erreichen.Als Fazit: wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen, klare Weiterempfehlung !

Super fĂŒr Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Ein super schönes, gemĂŒtliches HĂ€uschen, mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr familiĂ€r und besonders. Man ist in 15 Minuten am See, in zwei Minuten in Siegsdorf und hat einen guten Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr tolle AusflĂŒge. Die Lage an der A8 gibt einen Stern Abzug, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt einfach nur hervorragend in dem Ferienhaus.

Pros: Das Kochen in dem Haus hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht eine hervorragend ausgestattete KĂŒche so viel hĂ€tten wir gar nicht erwartet. Da fehlte es an nichts. Und vielen Dank nochmal an die Gastgeberin fĂŒr die leckeren Brötchen und Brezen zum Wochenende. Cons: Das einzige was man vielleicht Ă€ndern könnte, die beiden SchlafrĂ€ume im Obergeschoss durch eine TĂŒr zu trennen. Was sicher problemlos möglich wĂ€re. Weil wir einen Schnarcher dabei hatten, Dann wĂ€re das getrennt schlafen einfacher gewesen. Aber gut egal dafĂŒr kann ja der Vermieter nichts ;-) Dann kĂ€me das Haus sofort wieder fĂŒr uns in Frage.

Sehr liebe voll eingerichtete Unterkunft.

Pros: Das Haus hatte alles vorhanden, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Trotz teilweise schlechten Wetter konnten wir mit unseren Enkel jeden Tag etwas neues in der Region entdecken. Herrliche Gegend ! Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hatte ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen. Cons: Die Duschwanne sollte durch eine Dusche ersetzt werden.

Gastgeber in jedem Winkel

Ich buchte den Aufenthalt aus beruflichen GrĂŒnden. Somit war fĂŒr mich die Autobahn-NĂ€he relevant, die man jedoch nicht hört, wenn man die Fenster schließt. Der Zutritt ist denkbar einfach und ab dann wird man von vielen Kleinigkeiten ĂŒberrascht, die ich hier gar nicht verraten möchte. Nur so viel: Da ist jemand als Gastgeber am Werk, der offensichtlich als Zweitberuf Zauberer sein könnte - denn nahezu jeder Winkel entlockte ein LĂ€cheln. Wer Idylle mag, den liebevollen Punkt auf dem â„č in einem urigen HĂ€uschen schĂ€tzt, wird hier seine perfekte Unterkunft finden. Es fehlt an nichts, die Einrichtung ist gut und gemĂŒtlich und alles ist sauber. Danke und auf bald.

Sehr gemĂŒtliches HĂ€uschen in idealer Lage

unmittelbar an der A8 gelegen (von der aber kaum etwas zu hören ist) und damit ideal angebunden. Prima Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Unternehmungen aller Art im schönen Chiemgau. Liebevoll und vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Gerne besuchen wir das urige Landhaus wieder.

Mooi huisje op een perfecte locatie.

Pros: Zeer, zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Is ons vanwege een probleem met onze auto zeer behulpzaam geweest. Ondanks deze problemen hebben wij toch erg genoten. Wir sind sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Es ist ein schönes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garden. Viele schöne Orte zum Radfahren und Wandern und um Salzburg zu besuchen.
