Our cozy, small holiday accommodation invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay. Please note that the property is strictly for standard residential use only and is not permitted for parties or celebrations.Modern, Open-Plan KitchenThe kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and comes fully equipped:A stove with a cooktop, an oven, a cooker hood, a dishwasher, and a microwave are at your disposal.A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle are naturally included.Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery are also provided.Living & Sleeping AreaThe living area features a comfortable pull-out double sofa bed and a dining table.A radio and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels are provided for your entertainment.The upper floor is reached via a space-saving staircase, which is slightly steeper than a standard staircase.The separate sleeping area with two single beds is located in the attic.It features charming sloped ceilings but offers enough clearance to stand upright comfortably.A small desk is also located in a quiet corner on the upper floor.Blackout curtains are available.Outdoor Area & LocationA separate outdoor area awaits you on the property, complete with a table and plenty of seating and lounge options to unwind.Note on location: The holiday home is conveniently situated near the B1/B5 federal highway. However, since the building is located in the second row of houses, it is somewhat shielded—though some street noise cannot be completely ruled out.

It’s a great small house at a great location - multiple grocery stores and a kebab place next door. The place is impeccably clean and really cozy.

Hébergement très bien, très fonctionnel avec petit coin extérieur pour les repas. Pratique d’accès depuis le S5 Fredersdorf et le lac de Stienitzee avec velo. Mais un peu trop près de la grande route .

Kurzes Feedback

Lage und Umgebung nicht zum Urlaub geeignet. Ohne Auto fast unmöglich da sehr abgelegen. Fahrräder waren in schlechtem Zustand und der Fernseher ging am Anfang nicht. Vor Ort war leider kein Ansprechpartner. Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich .Betten müssten erneuert werden.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie den Schalter am Fernseher nicht gefunden haben. Die Fahrräder sind nicht neu, aber in einem guten, funktionierenden Zustand. Die Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bisher gab es nur positives Feedback. Vor Anreise habe ich Ihnen die Fahrpläne für die umliegenden Verkehrsmittel übersandt. Der Ort hat keine direkte S-Bahn Anbindung, aber mit dem Bus kommt man von A nach B. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Wälder, Seen und Flüsse, es ist als Urlaubsregion gut geeignet.

Sauber, zweckmäßig und umfangreich ausgestattet. Super Lage, um Berlin zu erkunden und trotzdem nahe am Grünen zu sein. Nichts zu meckern ;-)

Tolle Unterkunft und toller Kontakt

Das Objekt ist hervorragend. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin ist ausgezeichnet. Etliches was wir hatten, konnte so direkt geklärt werden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und die Vermietung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
