About me:

My professional background is as a Chartered Accountant and management consultant. I am also an offshore sailing instructor, and veteran epee fencer. The neighboring property, which I helped build for my parents in the late 1970s, is now my private residence most of the year.

Unique features:

Privacy: The accommodation is near the end of its access road, offering great privacy.

Forest-bathing: Enjoy the old-growth trees on our 11-acre property

Private bay: Kids and adults alike will enjoy the shallow sand bottom close to shore, as well as swimming out to the diving rocks

Herbs and veggies: Help yourself to fresh basil, dill, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, and whatever else is available from our kitchen garden.

In the neighbourhood:

• Frontenac Park borders the south-west side of Buck Lake, featuring access to the Slide Lake Loop of the Rideau Trail

• Go for a bike ride on the local network of lanes, or explore the Cataraqui Trail

• Westport Village: picturesque, good shopping 15 minutes north
