The space
Located in the Gunstock Acres neighborhood, this mountain chalet is a true getaway.

The home has ample parking, a large deck, and spacious yard fully equipped with a sand volleyball court and fire pit. There is plenty of space to unwind and unplug, but reliable wifi is available. This house is located 2 minutes from Gunstock mountain and 5 minutes to Lake Winnipeasukee making it the perfect year-round destination.

Home Details:
The home has been renovated to enhance the rustic chalet style, while still providing all the amenenties to make your stay special. The main second level has a cozy sun room which serves as a place to play games, make puzzles, and provide extra dining seating. Spend time by the gas fireplace and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen. The first floor offers a second living area to spread out. This house has so much to enjoy both inside and outside. There are two washers and dryers in the utility room in the basement level. There is also a ping pong table and treadmill in the rec room in the basement. There are plentiful bath and beach towels for all guests throughout your stay.

We have a large game and puzzle cabinet for all age ranges. We have a large connect 4 to enjoy outdoors as well. Please reach out to inquire about any specific requests or questions.

Please reach two weeks before your trip to reserve passes to Ellacoya State Park for the days you’d like to use the beach during your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put used towels on the bathroom floor.
Put anything moved back where you found it including dishes, pots/pans, and utensils.
Turn off the mini split units in each bedroom and in each main living area on the first and second floor. If it is winter leave the thermostats set to 60 degrees. Close all windows and lock doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Parking is in the driveway only and a maximum of 4 cars per our town STR permit.
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unauthorized guests may stay at the property.
You must get a burn permit from the State of NH if you want to use the fire pit. Please reach out for authorization and a link to the website.
