Confortable finca with pool and garden in the beautiful valley of es Carritxo

The beautiful, two-storey finca Can Bitla is located in the picturesque valley of Es Carritxo. From the covered terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape of the east coast of Mallorca. The finca has been renovated with great attention to detail.

First floor:
Here you will find the spacious living room with access to the terrace of 140 sqm and the pool, the dining area with upward-facing glazed ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen and a stylish bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and an en suite shower room. The house has a living space of 160 sqm.

Second floor:
On the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each) and a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm). Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, which is activated by a timer from 9 pm to 9 am. This also works as fan heating. Additional hours are payable locally if required.

Outdoor area:
There is a lovely, shaded dining area with barbecue on the covered terrace. A fence surrounds the terrace and direct access to the pool is secured by a wooden fence to protect small children. The pool is freely accessible from the garden. The plot is 150,000 square meters in total.

The Finca Sa Ferreta, which we also rent out, is 200 m away on foot. The house is located approx. 140 m from the road Es Carrixto to Calonge. Depending on the wind direction and traffic, car noises can be heard.

Pool:
9.5 m x 4.5 m, depth: 140 cm - 210 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine, partial separation to protect small children available.

Arrival and minimum stay:
In high season, arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). Cleaning:
Final cleaning included. Towel/bed linen change included for stays of 10 days or more, towels/bed linen for change are then provided in the house.
