The very well equipped new finca with a romantic panoramic view to Cabrera is located between Es Llombards and Ses Salines near the 'botanicactus' and offers with its pleasantly quiet location, yet close to the center of Ses Salines and close to various beaches, an optimal mix of relaxation and varied activities. A picturesque, romantic paradise has been created on 250 square meters of living space, in which up to 8 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day at the sea or island sightseeing, you can relax in the spacious living room with a novel or a good movie (satellite TV / DVD available) or share your experiences with those who stayed at home via W-LAN. If you enjoy cooking, you will enjoy this in the fully equipped kitchen. From the dishwasher to the coffee machine, everything is there to make your stay more pleasant. There is also a pantry with a large freezer. 4 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms and a dressing room ensure sufficient privacy. In the lower area there is 1 bedroom plus bathroom. Upstairs 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms (one of them 'en suite').


Pool area and garden: The approx. 5 x 10 m pool with a small cascade, based on salt cleaning, offers enough space for swimming and romping. There is also a jacuzzi / jacuzzi again this year. The property encompasses approximately 14,000 square meters, of which a large part has been lovingly laid out, simply an idyllic, insightful oasis. , There is also a swing for the little ones.

Amenities: The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and have large, spacious wardrobes. There is also another spacious dressing room with an ironing board and iron.
In the cold season, the house offers an oil central heating for your well-being. A large flat screen TV with satellite / DVD player and stereo as well as WiFi access provide the technical amenities. Outside there are various terraces, some of which are covered. A large grill area, a small bar, 8 sun loungers, 2 parasols and various seating options leave nothing to be desired.

Very beautiful holidays

The finca is in a very quiet location and you can spend relaxing days in Mallorca. Many beautiful calas are nearby, restaurants and shops are not far either. The garden and the pool are gorgeous. Gladly again.

Super Urlaub!

Die Bilder geben schon einen ersten Eindruck, wie groß die Finca ist, vor Ort waren wir aber nochmal überrascht, wie groß Sie wirklich ist. Die Finca ist richtig schön und war für unseren Familien Urlaub perfekt. Neben dem Pool waren auch die vorhandenen Schaukeln ein Highlight für die Kinder. Einziges Manko ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Tagsüber kein Problem, wenn alle Fenster/ Türen auf sind und der Wind durch die Villa ziehen kann und man sowieso draußen am Pool ist. Aber abends war es leider fast noch genauso warm wie Tagsüber. Die Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern konnten zumindest etwas Abhilfe schaffen. Das würde uns aber nicht abhalten nochmal wieder zu kommen. :) Gastgeber / Vermittler sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

harmonischer Familienurlaub in optimaler Umgebung

Wir waren alle vom Zustand des Gartens, des Pools und des Hauses positiv beeindruckt. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten (defekte Beleuchtung) gab es keinerlei Grund zu Klagen. Die geographische Lage war für uns günstig : Nähe zu Palma und zu schönen Stränden. Wir würden diesen Aufenthalt gerne wiederholen.

Traumurlaub in wunderschöner Villa

Wir haben zwei Wochen Urlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern in dieser tollen Finca verbringen dürfen. Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel und man hat aus dem oberen Stockwerk einen traumhaften Blick über die Umgebung. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und verfügt über einen herrlichen Pool. Wenn es am Strand zu voll ist, kann man sich hier wunderbar erholen und die Ruhe genießen. Die schönsten Strände Mallorcas Estrenc, Cala Llombards und Cala Mondrago sind innerhalb weniger Autominuten zu erreichen. Die malerischen mallorcinischen Städte Santanyi, Campos und Felanitx mit ihren originellen Märkten sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Finca ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der malerischen Hafenstädtchen wie Portopetro, Portocolom oder Cala Figuera. Die Villa selbst bietet genügend Raum für einen Urlaub mit der Großfamilie und hat vor allem schöne Bäder und gute Betten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle ruhig gelegene Finca mit aussen Pool und Whirlpool

Von Beginn an hat alles super gepasst, die Vermittlerin Frau Klee und ihr Mann waren zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte. Waren 10 Tage an dem Anwesen und würden es zu jeder Zeit wieder mieten :)

Traumhafte Finca in Top Lage

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Badezimmer sind sehr grosszügig und auch der gesamte Aussenbereich lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wir waren mit Kindern von 2-5 Jahren dort und kommen gerne wieder. Etwas verwundert waren wir über 15 Hühner die täglich durch den Garten laufen, da wir dieses nicht in der Beschreibung gelesen hatten. Danke für die gute Betreuung!

Tolle Finca !!!

Wir sind mit 7 Personen 1 Woche hier gewesen und haben uns gleich vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Tolle Finca, gut ausgestattet und nicht der typische spanische Style. Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto, was aber kein Problem ist. Es war Sauber und gepflegt. Frau Klee war sowohl bei der Kommunikation vorher als auch während des Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und konnte unsere Fragen stets beantworten. Folgende Punkte sind Verbesserungsvorschläge und absolut keine Kritik: - wirlpool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und mit Sand darin nicht sehr ansprechend dort rein zu steigen. Dafür ist der Pool sehr gut gepflegt und macht sicher auch mehr Spaß. - besonders in der zweiten Etage ist es sehr hellhörig, wenn man z.b. Die Toilette benutzt. :) - Eine Mappe mit Insider- bzw. Ausflugs Tipps wäre prima. Zusammengefasst: Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!!!

Die noble Finca, deren Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt, bietet neben den großzügigen Gemeinschaftsräumen ausreichende Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, z.B. im weitläufigen Gelände oder auf dem umlaufenden Balkon vor den Schlafzimmern, Gelegenheit zum Sonnenbaden oder zum Bestaunen des Sternenhimmels in der Nacht. Unsere Gruppe von 6 Personen fand besonderen Spaß beim Grillen im Garten und beim gemeinsamen Kochen am freistehenden Küchenblock, sowie bei den Mahlzeiten auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick in einen paradiesischen Garten mit gepflegtem Rasen, Oleandern, Akazien, Palmen, zwitschernden Vögeln und dem morgendlichen Besuch eines stolzen Wiedehopfs. Die -ohne Mörtel – aufgeschichtete Steinmauer rings um das Terrain ist zusammen mit dem steinernen „Schafstall“Imitat der 300 Jahre alten Talajotkultur, deren echte Relikte in der Nähe zu besichtigen sind. Dass große Schwimmbecken mit kristallenem, leicht salzigen Wasser ist Zugabe zu den Badestränden und türkisfarbenen Buchten der Umgebung. Das angenehme und perfekte Management der 'Verwaltung rundet die wohltuende Athmosphäre ab. Ein sehr zu empfehlender Urlaubsort für kleinere Gruppen!

Fantastic Villa with Amazing views

My family and I had the most wonderful, relaxing, tranquil, time at this villa in Ses Salines. So lovely to wake up in the morning and look out the wonderful country side views and listen to country side noises. The house is amazing, spacious, confortable and full of character, perfect for 8 to10 people. We just loved having our meals outside under the vast varanda and mostly sucking up the sun by the beautiful swimming pool. The next beach is only 12 minutes drive at Colonia Sant Jordi with plenty of bars and restaurants and a 2.5 mile paved area by the sea side, perfect for running/walking throughout the day. The little town centre of Ses Salines is only a 5 minute drive. The town of Santany is also close by with its wonderful street market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. For us the only reason we did not give this villa a 5 star rating was due to the lack of airconditioning units in the bedrooms. Kind Regards The Abbott Family

Zwei Wochen Fanmilienurlaub in einer tollen Finca

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 5 und10Jahren) haben zwei Wochen Sommerurlaub in dieser tollen Finca verbracht. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt und top gepflegt. Die Finca bietet viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten innen sowie außen. Schattenplätze für besonders heiße Tage sind vorhanden und bei Regen kann man prima unter dem Vordach verweilen. Sehr schön fanden wir die fast "rundum" Dachterrasse, von der man einen tollen Ausblick bis ses Salinas hat und natürlich den großen Salzwasserpool. Die Finca ist landestypisch eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (großer Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, Espressokanne und Kühlbox für Strand und Einkäufe etc.) und wird durch den Außengrill und die Outdoor-Bar perfekt ergänzt. Besonders möchten wir die gute Betreuung vor Ort erwähnen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos Funktioniert, kleine Anfragen (Licht im Pool funktionierte anfänglich nicht) wurden sofort behoben und wir haben nützliche Einkauf-, Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps für die Umgebung erhalten. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin hat uns wirklich sehr gut betreut und zu unserem gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen. Vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Traumfinca auf Wohlfühlgrundstück

Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub in dieser wunderschönen Finca mit dem großzügigen Naturgarten und tollem Pool-Bereich. Wohn- und Essbereich sind großzügig gestaltet und haben alle Zugang auf die überdachte Veranda. Die Schlafzimmer incl. zugehöriger Bäder sind ideal verteilt, daß Frühaufsteher Langschläfer nicht stören. Dieses Objekt ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Die Lage an der Straße zwischen Ses Salines und Es Llombards ist verkehrsgünstig und entgegen unseren Erwartungen absolut ruhig. Die Abwicklung über die Hausverwaltung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - schlichtweg perfekt!
