Welcome to Sunset Holiday at Eagles Nest, a stunning mountain home perched high in Eagle Crest. With sweeping long-range views of North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, this retreat blends modern luxury with the perfect setting for relaxation and adventure.

The granite island with three barstools anchors a well-appointed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counters. A king ensuite on this level offers a private escape with a TV, ceiling fan, deck access, and walk-in closet. Its spa-like bath showcases a tiled shower and double granite vanities.
Upstairs, a loft provides a second living area with comfortable seating and a TV. Two bedrooms share a full bath with a tiled tub/shower and granite counters: a king bedroom with its own TV and ceiling fan, and a versatile bunk room with a twin-over-queen and a twin-over-twin bunk.
The lower level offers even more entertainment, including a den with a pool table and an arcade boasting 60+ classic games. A private king ensuite completes the space with its own TV, tiled shower, and granite vanity.
Outside, the main deck has dining for six, a gas log fireplace, TV, additional seating, and a grill, with stairs leading down to a fire pit in the lower yard. The lower deck features a built-in bar with stools and a hot tub that seats nine—perfect for unwinding as the sun sets over the ridgelines.
