Very nice place in an ideal location for our family events in the area. A reasonable distance to downtown Boston as well for our extra day. Weather was cooling but could see this as a great place to hang out in warmer weather - secluded back yard. A small criticism is the towels, which were Non-absorbent.
The property was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a youth hockey tournament and needed a place with multiple bedrooms, to basically sleep, make a couple of meals, and relax after a day of hockey.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
The place could be great, but whoever they pay to clean is definitely not doing their job. Up grades could be made for the amount they charge. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. More amenities would be helpful, no blow dryer, more towels, blankets, AC units could have taken out of the windows. We get if places are lived in, but you could tell no one had been there for awhile, stink bugs crawling all over inside, crickets, cockroaches, showers were not clean, mouse droppings on the mattress, that we only saw because the sheets did not fit the bed properly. The owner was very responsive and did refund a night. I imagine they are not close and rely on "the cleaner" to take care of the place.
