Treehouse Geodome In the Sierras

Come experience the beauty of the Sierras nestled amongst the trees in our Treehouse Geodome. Our 550 sq ft, well insulated dome boasts a king bed, queen bed loft, compost toilet, outdoor shower with a view, indoor kitchenette and outdoor gas grill. You have seasonal access to our pool (Closed when weather turns, usually September to early October) and the opportunity to get up close with our therapy animals. Locally, you can pan for gold, hike to waterfalls, explore the largest cave in CA, wine taste, and visit Big Trees State Park.

Super unique and enchanting place! We were in the area to see a concert in Murphys and decided to stay here. It was extremely comfortable and really fun to be able to look out at the trees and the field from bed.

Cool experience, very nice host very welcoming. There was no service on phones and no WiFi. We didn’t realize until we went to shower in the morning there was no hot water. We made do and boiled water to rinse off. It was cool having livestock just roaming the property they were so friendly got to pet all the animals. It’s very quiet and relaxing.

Thank you so much for staying with us! I'm so bummed to hear that the water wasn't heating, we do have a propane hot water heater hooked up but every now and then the pilot can get blown out. Appreciate you letting us know, we are researching ways to protect that pilot better in a safe manner.
