BEAUTIFUL VILLA with heated pool in Maspalomas. 3rd Bed room with supplement

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this villa is the ideal place. This wonderful 3 bedroom villa is located in an urbanization called "Sonneland" in Maspalomas, about 2 km from Maspalomas beach and 3 km from Playa del Inglés beach.

An exclusive and comfortable villa in a quiet area. The villa is fully equipped with all the comforts to make our guests feel at home.
We wait for you at the house ourselves and if you wish we offer a pick up service from the airport ( with extra charge)

The villa is divided into two floors, on the ground floor we have the master bedroom with bathroom and a bright office with a library. Also on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room, from where you have access to a large sunny terrace with a private heated pool (8mx 3.8m, heated min.23º degrees). On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

There are linens for all beds and towels for all guests. There is a good wifi connection in the house and a smart TV with many applications like for example Netflix.
We are available 24 hours for any enquiries or problems you may have during your holiday here. We can advise you about things to do and about activities.

The villa has all the necessary appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Pablo and Stephanie were great hosts and the villa offers an exceptional quality of accommodation with a fabulous pool and outdoor living facilities. Some good shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk but be warned they are up hill so not a suitable walk for anyone with mobility issues. The main shops, restaurants and bars of maspalomas / melonaras are just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away so you eon’t have to hire a car to get about if you don’t want to. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate in recommending this villa.

Beautiful villa!

Absolutely beautiful picture, the images don't do it justice. Everything was spotless, the place had an Ibiza vibe to it. The hosts were lovely, highly recommend!

Fantastic villa!

We had a lovely holiday in the villa. The swimming pool is heated and really nice. The outside area around the pool is a perfect place to chill out. The villa itself is clean, luxurous, and very well equipped. Service of Pablo and Stefanie was great. We definitely recommend the villa.

Fantastic villa. Very clean and tidy and we all said it had ‘Love Island’ vibes! The pool was fabulous and the outdoor area and furniture were perfect for sunbathing and having lunch. Location was great with a bus stop outside and taxis were reasonable for travelling out to other places. Stephanie & Pablo were great hosts, we were delayed by over an hour so we arrived about 10:30pm. Stephanie had arranged the airport taxi for us. Pablo met us at the villa and had got us some milk, pizzas and other bits which was a fantastic touch as we were all starving! They messaged us a few times to check if we needed anything and that everything was ok. Stephanie arranged a taxi back to the airport and met us to say goodbye. Fantastic villa and fantastic hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely villa

Excellent villa , well maintained, very clean, lovely pool, very private garden. Plenty of seating inside, on the veranda & several options in the garden. Had every facility we required. Stephanie & Pablo were excellent hosts even providing a lovely buffet style supper(&wine!) as we arrived in the evening. They also organised taxis to/from the airport & car hire for us & checked several times during our stay that we had everything we needed. Everything was spot on time. Cannot praise them enough for their lovely villa & hosting. Would definitely stay here again if we were on Gran Canaria again. They also arranged beautiful weather for our stay!Thank you Stephanie & Pablo!

Amazing Villa, Amazing Hosts!

Just returned from a week in this Villa. Everything about it was excellent. Pablo and Stephanie are great hosts and the communication from the outset was first class. The hosts were there to greet us on arrival and show us around the Villa, they then left us to it for the week with a quick text during the week to check in on us. The Villa itself has everything you could ask for, we were a family of four (2 boys aged 15 and 11). There was so much space and a heated pool in February was real treat. The Villa has every amenity you could require and the outdoor area is bathed in sun from 9:30am onwards. The outdoor dining and bar area were a real highlight too. The Villa is in Sonnenland about a 25 minute walk to the beach front cafes and bars of Maspalomas and the Lighthouse. It is a really easy walk, but also only a 5 minute and 5 euro taxi ride. The restaurants on the front are good quality with a mix of Spanish, Indian, Chinese and steak eateries. The nearest Spar is a 5 minute walk up the hill and if you need a larger supermarket there is one about 15 minutes in the other direction. We walked or took a taxi to most places. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone thinking of booking. A big thanks to Pablo, Stephanie and the kids, hope to be back soon!

A very well stocked villa, stylish and immaculate. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Everything we could possibly want from superfast WiFi to laundry facilities were all on site. Great property!

Ein super Urlaub mit einem tollen Gastgeber in einer außergewöhnlichen Villa. Alles top ausgestattet, super sauber, so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Ein sehr gepflegter Pool rundet das Ganze noch ab. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Extraordinaire!

La maison est parfaite pour passer des vacances réussies. La cuisine est vraiment très bien aménagée et équipée. Les trois chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables L'extérieur, avec le bar et la piscine, est une invitation à multiplier les bons moments. Somptueuse villa !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Pablo et Stéphanie. La villa est juste splendide et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Elle est luxueuse, très bien équipée et située. La piscine était parfaitement adaptée à notre famille avec de l’eau salée, offrant une sensation de bien-être pour nos jeunes enfants âgés de 3 ans et 1 an et demi. Et que dire de nos soirées passées en terrasse avec tous ces jeux de lumière, le bar notamment, un pur délice, surtout qu’il n’y avait aucun moustique, chose très rare et que nous tenions à souligner. Stéphanie est quelqu’un de très serviable à l’écoute et très réactive. Nous avons l’habitude de louer un peu partout dans le monde, mais avec Stéphanie, on sent que c’est une hôte d’exception qui sait recevoir dans le moindre détail ! Alors si vous voulez passé un moment inoubliable dans une somptueuse villa décorée avec goût, n’hésitez pas à réserver !

Wir, das sind mein Mann und ich (74+71) mit unserer Tochter (49) und ihrer Freundin (43) wurden auf das herzlichste vom Gastgeber Pablo mit seiner zuckersüßen Tochter Olivia vor der Unterkunft begrüßt. Unsere Koffer wurden von Pablo schon vorab ins Haus gefahren. Voller Vorfreude betraten wir dann sein Quartier - ein absolutes Gedicht erblickten wir. Jedes einzelne Foto von Pablo sahen wir nun in voller Pracht 🤗👀👍 Es fehlt dort an Nichts. an alles wurde in Liebe zum Detail gedacht. Die tolle offene Küche hat uns so manche Leckerei 🍽️ zubereiten lassen. Alles was unsere Herzen begehrten - Pablo hatte an alles gedacht. Sogar einen gefüllten Kühlschrank und ein liebevolles Arrangement mit Obst und Sekt konnten wir entdecken❤️ Danke, lieber Pablo für all Deine Unterstützungen. Du bist immer für uns da gewesen mit Rat und Tat. Noch nie hatten wir Vier solch ein Urlaubsidyll mit so einem perfektem Gastgeber. FAZIT: Unbedingt empfehlen wir dieses Urlaubsparadies weiter Zentral gelegen und toller Start nach allen Seiten möglich DANKE FÜR DIESE UNVERGESSLICHEN MOMENTE

Einfach klasse

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pablos Haus sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles gut durchdacht… Pablo und Stephanie sind überaus freundliche, liebenswürdige Gastgeber, die uns persönlich empfangen haben. Man hat den Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt, Pralinen, Wein und Kaffee. Alles sehr sehr gepflegt und sauber. Pablo hat immer wieder betont, dass er sich gerne darum kümmert, sollte etwas fehlen. Aber es war alles perfekt. Der Pool war super; wir haben ganz viel Zeit im Garten und auf der wunderschönen Terrasse verbracht. Gerne wären wir noch geblieben. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Wir haben diese Villa sehr genossen, vor allem mit dem wunderschönen Pool, der liebevollen und hochwertigen Ausstattung und Pablo als Gästebetreuer - einfach wunderbar. Die Sauberkeit war ebenso perfekt! Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Als Familie oder auch mit Freunden einfach ideal. Lage ist ebenso perfekt, fußläufig nach Meloneras/Maspalomas in 30 Minuten zu erreichen ansonsten mit dem PKW ist man in kurzer Zeit überall. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir freuen uns, hoffentlich bald wiederzukommen! Herzlichst, Familie Schaffers

Villa Olivia Maspalomas

Fantastic villa. All of our expectations were met. Pablo and Stephanie were perfect hosts, arranging the airport pick up, and giving advice on the local tourist attractions and locations. The villa is in a residential lo ation a couple of miles from Playa Ingleses, there is a bus stop directly outside the villa and taxis are easy to book. I would highly recommend the villa. Vacanza fantastica

Prima volta per noi a Maspalomas ma e' come se fossimo stati a casa nostra. La villa e' come in foto , a pochi km da tutto, pulitissima. Il proprietario Pablo e sua moglie super gentili e ospitali, ci hanno persino fatto trovare qualcosa da mangiare e frigo pieno al nostro arrivo . Torneremo sicuramente . Grazie Pablo e Stephanie per la bella vacanza . Speriamo di ritornare presto
