Pas top !!

Maison de pêcheur divisée en deux appartements, donc pas de plancher entre les deux, on a l'impression que les locataires du dessus sont dans nos propres chambres !! Beaucoup de choses à revoir, équipements assez vétustes. A rafraîchir....

Belle vue et emplacement

Les + : Emplacement à côté de la page, possibilité de se garer à proximité, vue du balcon Les - : -Une porte non fermable à l’intérieur qui donne accès à la machine à laver ainsi qu’à la porte du logement du rez de chaussé (d’après l’agence la porte est fermée à clef et ceux d’en bas ne peuvent accéder au notre) -Odeur très désagréable dans le sas donnant au logement ainsi que celui d’en haut. - literie moyenne - housses de canapé et coussins tachés, sèche cheveux collant..
