Great cabin! We didn’t need all space this place has to offer but can definitely see how it can sleep up 11 people comfortably! Host was quick to respond to an issue regarding the door. Loved all the little touches left for comfort especially the makeup wipes since I forgot mine.

Great lodging for our ladies retreat. Very clean and well stocked. The host has thought of everything you could need for your stay and if you forgot it in town...it was probably there. Felt just like home. Only a short drive into town for dinner and shopping but we loved the peaceful setting when winding down. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

This was a cozy, clean, and convenient stay for our families visit to West Jefferson. It was 15-20 minutes of all of our adventures in Ashe County. House was well furnished- from food, appliances, to toiletries and on. The King size bed was like sleeping on a cloud- it was so comfortable! It’s worth noting for travelers in warmer months that the cabin does not have central AC, but there were plenty of window fans and a window unit that helped us feel comfortable. We highly recommend and will be back. We appreciated the host putting out apples and bird seed to help draw out the animals, which my kids enjoyed watching!

It was get for three generation it was beautiful and enjoyed it very much. Great for a large family. The only thing I would have done was add a tv in master. I love tv at night

Had a wonderful 2 night stay in this spacious, comfortable place in a great location. “Girl’s trip”, friends of 35 years and we did a river tubing trip and had a blast! Great place to relax and unwind.
