Welcome to our Ankerplatz house, our spacious, child-friendly semi-detached home!
The Ankerplatz house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a non-smoking home, and dogs are welcome.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a modern living-dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker (filter and pod styles), toaster, blender, and much more. A large dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair (with a baby seat) is available for cosy family gatherings. A two-person sofa and two large, comfortable wingback chairs invite you to relax. Additionally, the ground floor features a small bathroom with a shower and a small bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The living room has a Smart TV, and all three bedrooms are equipped with LED flat-screen TVs. The floors are covered with high-quality vinyl and equipped with underfloor heating. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds and roller shades (in the bedrooms only).
Upstairs, there are two cosy bedrooms (one with a double bed, closet, cot, and changing table; the other with two single beds and a closet) and another bathroom with a shower, baby bathtub, washing machine, and dryer. The staircase is secured with a stair gate.
All windows and patio doors are equipped with insect screens.
The yard is completely fenced in. A hedge provides privacy. The sunny patio is furnished (for 6 people), and there is a sandpit in the garden for our younger guests. Starting in June 2023, the patio will also have a canopy.
There are two parking spaces in front of the house and a garden shed for your bicycles.

You can also book the neighbouring house, “Wellenbrecher,” through us if you need more space.
The centre of Greetsiel, with its many restaurants and cafes, is just a few minutes’ walk away. A large supermarket is also located in the immediate vicinity.
The holiday home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Situated in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town centre—with its romantic harbour, famous twin windmills, and cosy cafes and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape around Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with magnificent views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and varied excursions.
You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterwards for a fee.
