Brand new 3 acre Asheville house in amazing neighborhood close to downtown.
Main floor has California king bed w ensuite bath, large closet, tv and view of pond
Central air, huge brand new 80 inch tv, gas stove, and lots of great touches like pot filler faucet
Upstairs has queen bed with great view and tv.
Street is extremely safe and upscale and house has views of 2 different small ponds on the 3 acre property!
Close to Weaverville line and a few minutes from several great restaurants and highways
