Beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a great location, walking distance to the Fox River and downtown St Charles. We used this as our home base while visiting family and plan to make it our regular home away from home!

This is such a comfortable VRBO! The L-shaped sofa, beds, pillows, extra blankets and large size TV in every room really gave the comforts of home. We enjoyed the guest book, the deck and even the sphere shaped ice from the freezer! Everywhere you turn there is something unique and special about this place. It had everything we needed and More! The location is ideal. I was able to walk to Whole Foods, two different coffee shops and the Fox River (all within 5 min walking distance). The check in process was very easy and the area is quaint, quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

The property is just as shown. The neighborhood is such a great location, so beautiful and charming. Perfect Saint Charles tree line Street. James was a wonderful host. The price for this stay was more than reasonable.

This is an absolutely wonderful property! It is so close to downtown St. Charles—which is definitely worth your time to check out. The apartment is so clean and inviting. Great WiFi, beds are comfortable and the apartment has many comforts of home. Wine, coffee AND water were provided! It is well-appointed and the communication with the host was top notch! Would 100% recommend!

My husband and I were in town for work from Texas, but wanted to enjoy it and have a little mini vaycay. This house was the PERFECT location! Close to everything, and in the cutest little town. Took the train into the city for a nice dinner on the riverwalk, and that was such a great experience! Very easy to navigate, even for first timers. The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked (although we didnt cook on this trip). Parking was very close to the backdoor, which was nice, and we really enjoyed having the porch to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather with a drink. James was the perfect host, and even allowed late checkout when business forced us to stay a few extra house at the last minute. Great communication! Would definitely stay again, and hope to!

Everything about this home was perfect, except for the excessive use of air fresheners and fragranced detergent. The owner was quick to respond and try to solve the issue, but after spending the night there, the scent was still too strong. We had to cut our stay short, because the scent was still just too strong for me to stay there. I can honestly say there was nothing else wrong with this home other than that, and we would have stayed if we could.My only suggestion would be to not use air fresheners in the home.

Was very impressed with apartment it so cute. Decor updated ,very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk around and go to restaurants. Felt very safe. Will definitely book again.
