Quisisana 11 Building - Apartment 45021 - Apartment 11

The house is a renovated and modernised villa in the Rügen seaside resort style.
The apartment building is located on Katharinenstrasse.

A washing machine is located in the basement of the main building and is available to all guests for a fee. The Quisisana building features a sauna (for a fee) and a small swimming pool. 



Holiday Rental 11:

This duplex holiday rental features 2 bedrooms plus a kitchen-living area. It offers ocean views from every room. On the lower level: a separate living room with a modern sleeper sofa (1.60 m wide), a flat-screen TV with all major channels (including smart TV functionality) and a stereo system, a separate, cosy dining area with a comfortable corner bench and a modern kitchenette (fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and radio)
Upstairs: a large bedroom with a double bed and shower/toilet. There is also a desk and a cosy reading nook with an armchair and a great view.

The very large balcony with a magnificent ocean view is accessible from the living room.
One pet is allowed. Linen packages are available for rent at €18.00 per person, or you may bring your own bed linens and towels. A cot and high chair can each be rented for €12.00 per week. Please note that linen packages, cots, and high chairs can only be booked in advance (before your arrival date).

The on-site sauna (for a fee) and the free swimming pool invite you to relax even in bad weather. (Since the swimming pool is a complimentary service, no claims can be made in the event of operational failure)

Wi-Fi is available. Wi-Fi is an additional, complimentary service and does not entitle guests to a rent reduction in the event of limited functionality. The same applies to the available car park. Please note that the width of the driveway to the parking spaces and the car park itself is 2.10 m. For wider vehicles, unfortunately, the only alternative is paid parking in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. 



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
