Nestled in Palm Coast, FL. this wonderful home offers the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, activities and relaxation on a safe cul-de-sac.

With three beautiful bedrooms featuring The King, The Queen, and The twins, each with their own flat screen tv there’s plenty of space, privacy and wonderful views for everyone. Two full bathrooms, 1 located in The King and 1 in the main hallway. Both include refreshing showers, handy hair dryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner and so much more to make mornings easy.

There is also a contemporary and very comfortable living room again with another flat screen tv, a full kitchen with everything needed, a dining area overlooking the rear garden thru The Oasis's remarkable lanai room which holds the 5th and final flatscreen tv.

The Oasis stays comfortable year-round with central heating and AC, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season.

The lanai room is one of the wonderful pluses of The Oasis. Be it morning breakfast or coffee, afternoon lunch or dinner in the lanai room it becomes special and memorable. The lanai offers something that unfortunately most of us do not have daily access to. Some family's enjoy the contest of, who hears the first bird in the mornings (7am+/-). Or who sees the bunnies eating their breakfast first, later in the day who can spot the deer in the rear garden 1st. All while enjoying the lanai room. Some, like your hosts enjoy just relaxing in the lanai, viewing the tropical plants, the fresh air, the sounds, the warm breeze and then suddenly waking up :).

No matter what your stay is focused on, this stunning home provides a welcoming base. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind and enjoy your Florida stay at The Oasis.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close all windows
Please check that no water is running
Check out is 12pm. If you need a later check out please request that prior to arrival in order for us to properly schedule housekeeping/next guest arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- City does not allow overnight parking on street. - If bringing a trailer, rv, boat, etc please let us know prior to booking.
- City ordinance has quiet hours between 10pm-7am. This is a beautiful residential area; so please no parties/excessive noise.
- Please guest limit is 6.

Stacey and I are both from New England. Stacey has a long history running a local small business as the controller and in the restaurant business. Additionally, Stacey is what I call a world class cook and gardener. For those of you that we are lucky to have come back to The Oasis you'll notice Stacey's updating of the plantings and landscape.

Me, Gil I am a 40+ year veteran of business transaction mortgages! With a previous history in the auto sector.

We both love The Oasis and we put our money, time and efforts into constantly updating, and maintaining her. She is our favorite spot to re connect and live life as it should be.

Why they chose this property

Palm Coast is one of the most well organized, ideally located, activity friendly, clean, safe cities in one of America's premier states. Think about it, fresh water, salt water, boating, fishing, swimming, sun bathing, golf, movies, casual dining out, formal dining out, supermarkets, tennis, hiking, biking, motor cross motorcycle riding trails. Short ride to Daytona Beach or ST Augustine. Friends it doesn't stop.

Stacey found The Oasis up for sale and that's how it started. She was searching "specifically" in Palm Coast. And low and behold on a beautiful, quiet and safe cul-de-sac!
