With three beautiful bedrooms featuring The King, The Queen, and The Twins, each with their own flat screen tv there’s plenty of space, privacy and wonderful views for everyone. Two full bathrooms, 1 located in The King and 1 in the main hallway. Both include refreshing showers with the hallway bathroom providing a bath tub for the little ones! Hair dryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner fresh bath, hand and face towels and so much more to make mornings easy.

There's a contemporary and very comfortable living room with another flat screen tv. A full kitchen with everything needed, a dining area overlooking the rear garden thru The Oasis's remarkable lanai room which holds the 5th flatscreen tv.

The Oasis stays comfortable year-round with central Heating and AC, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season.

The lanai room is one of the wonderful pluses of The Oasis. Be it morning breakfast or coffee, afternoon lunch or dinner it becomes special and memorable. The lanai offers something that most of us do not have daily access to so enjoy it!

Fresh clean drinking water, forget the market every other day, lugging bottled water. Experiance The Oasis Brio 3 stage water filtration system! Drink Up and don't forget to bottle some for your day trips!

Enjoy the grille in the back yard, as well as the coffee & tea bar our guests love playing cornhole also.

- City does not allow overnight parking on street. - If bringing a trailer, rv, boat, etc please contact Gil prior to booking.

- City ordinance has quiet hours between 10pm-7am. This is a beautiful residential area; so please be aware of any noise any noise after 10pm.

- Guest limit is 6. - No Smoking in The Oasis incl. Lanai room. Insurance required hard wired smoke detectors and alarm system.

Stacey and I are both from New England. Stacey southern Maine, Gil north of Boston.

We both love The Oasis and we put our money, time and efforts into constantly updating, and maintaining her. She is our favorite spot to re connect and live life as it should be.

Why they chose this property

Palm Coast is one of the most well organized, ideally located, activity friendly, clean, safe cities in one of America's premier states. Think about it, fresh water, salt water, boating, fishing, swimming, sun bathing, golf, movies, casual dining out, formal dining out, supermarkets, tennis, hiking, biking, motor cross motorcycle riding trails. A short ride to Daytona Beach or ST Augustine. Some of the best medical care in the world. Friends it doesn't stop.

Once we had identified Palm Coast as "the place", Stacey eventually found the property listed for sale and that's how it started. She was searching "specifically" in Palm Coast. And low and behold on a beautiful, quiet and safe cul-de-sac!

The city of Palm Coast, our proximity to world class, salt water (Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach), Golf, Dining, Disney World, Airports, Shopping, Cinema's, Fishing, Excursions, ST. Augustine the quiet, safe and beautiful cu-de-sac that The Oasis is located on. The lanai room, the plants, birds, deer and bunnies that live in our vegetation, folks the list goes on and on and on.
