We did not stay at this place because 1) the parking space did serious damage to our rental car (flat tire and undercarriage damage due to rebar that was not covered) and when we arrived there was a note on the fridge saying that for the duration of our stay that would be work on the building roof that woud be noisy and dusty and that we should keep the windows shut. In addition the range had a large piece of wood over the burners suggesting that the range would be unusable.This listing should not be rented and should be removed from VRBO.

We would like to clarify that upon receiving your concerns, we promptly approved and issued a full refund, despite the reservation being canceled shortly after arrival. Regarding the parking area, we have hosted many guests over the years and have never received reports of flat tires or undercarriage damage related to the property. Based on our understanding, the damage occurred after the vehicle was backed into the area, and we were unable to verify that the property was the cause. The notice regarding building maintenance was intended for a different timeframe and did not apply to your stay. Additionally, the item placed over the stove burners was a removable cutting board provided as part of the kitchen setup. The gas range was fully operational and available for guest use. While we respect your perspective, it is important to note that the property was not occupied during the reservation period, and we addressed your concerns by providing a refund. We remain committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable experience for our guests and appreciate all feedback that helps us continue improving. We wish you safe travels and all the best.
