Die Unterkunft ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage war fĂŒr mich sehr gut weil ich in 20 Minuten Fußweg bei meiner Familie war. Direkt vor der TĂŒr gibt es Anbindungen um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt oder z.B. nach WarnemĂŒnde zu kommen. Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in einem schönen Garten und es ist sehr ruhig. FĂŒr mich ideal. Ich wĂŒrde die kleine Wohnung wieder mieten.

Der Bungalow ist klein aber ausreichend alles ist sehr sauber. Hilfreich ist die vorhandene BettwĂ€sche und die HandtĂŒcher. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig man konnte die GesprĂ€che nebenan zum Teil mithören und wird dadurch morgens schon mal geweckt. Nachts hört man dann die TĂŒren und die ToilettenspĂŒlung. Die Kommunikation zu der Vermieterin gestaltet sich schwierig, da sie am Telefon so gut wie nicht erreichbar ist. Der Mann ist sehr unfreundlich wenn es darum geht was die Ausstattung des Bettes und der Heizung betrifft, die am ersten Tag plötzlich von den draußen kalten Temperaturen abfiel. Er reagierte darauf sehr unfreundlich und auch das viel zu schmale Bett in dem das Bettdeck stĂ€ndig runter rutschte. Auf die bitte ein zweites dagegen zu stellen bekam ich eine gepolsterte Klappliege hineingestellt ohne mein Beisein das alleine ist fĂŒr mich nicht akzeptabel in eine vermietete Wohnung zu gehen in meiner Abwesenheit. Ich bekam dann noch zuhören die anderen hĂ€tten sich nicht beschwert, dann hörte ich noch wo er denn das zweite Bett her nehmen solle und fragte mich wie breit mein Bett denn sei und war erstaunt als ich ihm die GrĂ¶ĂŸe meines Bettes mitgeteilt habe. Die Fernbedienung funktionierte dann am zweiten Tag auch nicht mehr, vielleicht war die Batterie leer. Ich mochte nichts mehr sagen denn ich wollte den Aufenthalt dort mit keinen verschwendeten Energien verbringen. Es ist schade bis dahin hatte ich immer sehr nette Vermieter.
