The house had a water front view, a beautiful composite deck, which is where we had most of our meals. It also has a fun little area to the side of the house with another deck, small fire pit and a fun swing that can hold multiple people. We truly enjoyed our time outside. The house was clean. There was a hick-up in our check in day which caused us to not be able to actually settle in until about 8 pm pm instead of 3 pm. The host was amazing at keeping us informed the whole time, and we were able to hang out/explore outside while we waited. There are not sheets, towels of any kind or curtains. This is the only "non-rustic" place I have stayed that didn't inlcude all linens. I probably wouldn't stay again because the last thing I want to do on vacation is have to make beds when I arrive. We had to fly in and didn't have room for sheets and towels so we had to purchase the towels. The host was nice enough to let us use the extras they kept there. I most likely would not stay again just because of that, nor would I have booked if I would of known that. The property info did not state that linens were included, but it also didn't state that they were not. It was an assumption that we made. Luckily the host did reach out the week prior to make sure we knew. I'm very glad I had the heads up. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was due to the inconvenience of the linens and it being several hours later before we could get settled in. It was likely a one time situation.

Yes, I’m sorry we are new to the Airbnb and Vrbo scene we have a perfect rating on the other one. Of course our first Vrbo guest ran into this mix up. They were awesome and we did everything to get it fixed fast. We submitted on both Vrbo and Airbnb that linens were not included but both sites don’t really show this very well so we have to tell all the guests. Next year we will include linens if we can find a cleaner to do so we live too far away to do it ourselves.
