The apartment was very clean and roomy. The location was convenient to the area we wanted to be in. The instructions for check in could be rewritten with better clarity and additional helps - like the fob is needed to enter the access doors and to operate the elevator. The host responded quickly and answered our phone calls. There were no towels in the bathroom (we found them still in the dryer). Except for glasses, there was no dinnerware in the cupboards (we found dishes still in the dishwasher). The kitchen could be better stocked/equipped.Except for the few hiccups, it was a good stay.

The apartment itself was decent, but accessing it was unnecessarily challenging. Directions to the parking garage, locating the lockbox, and figuring out the fob system were confusing. Parking spaces are marked on the ground with no overhead signage, and finding the elevators was another challenge. There were also no instructions explaining that the fob must be scanned inside the elevator before selecting a floor until I reached out to the owner. My first time using it I got lucky because another person had let me up to my floor with his badge.Once inside, the apartment initially appeared fine, but I noticed several areas where corners seemed to have been cut. For a six-night stay, supplies were minimal—approximately one roll of toilet paper and a half-used roll of paper towels with no extras and only 3 dishwasher tablets. The mattress appeared to be an air mattress, the fitted sheet was torn at the corners, and the bedding was extremely thin and poor quality. The comforter provided virtually no warmth, and there were no additional blankets. Most concerning was the coffee maker, which still contained old grounds and leftover coffee, both beginning to grow mold. I placed the removable items in the dishwasher so the next guest wouldn't encounter the same issue.Overall, the apartment was adequate, but the lack of clear instructions, attention to cleanliness, and basic guest comforts made the experience disappointing, particularly for a six-night stay.
Our stay was unfortunately disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected for a Vrbo rental. When we entered the apartment, it was unseasonably hot inside. The wall AC unit was not running, and the temperature was much warmer than we anticipated. It took several hours for the apartment to cool down. The bed was also smaller than expected. I would describe it as a full-size bed with extra length, rather than a queen-size bed. The comforter was also missing from the bed when we arrived. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the comforter and towels. When we opened the front-loading dryer, we discovered that all the towels and comforter were inside and damp and had a strong, musty odor, as though they had been sitting there for an extended period of time. We had to rewash everything and the comforter had to be washed twice! The odor from the comforter was so strong that it filled the room with an unpleasant stench. To the renter’s credit, they apologized and acknowledged that the condition of the apartment did not meet Vrbo standards. They offered an Amazon gift card as a gesture of goodwill, but as of the time of this review, it has not been received. I requested a modest discount toward our stay given the issues we encountered, but that request was not acknowledged.Ultimately, guests should not have to spend part of their stay washing damp, musty linens. We hope these issues are addressed so future guests have a more comfortable experience.
Choosing verbo rather than a hotel: havin a kitchen . This place looks wonderful in photos unfortunately we stopped before getting there for groceries this place is like a cheap hotel nocoffee filters s one frypan that was super worn out and dirty still with tongs in it stashed under the cabinet.
