This stylish 1-bedroom condo is ideally situated just steps from the beach, offering effortless access to South Padre Island’s endless sunshine, gentle sea breezes, and laid-back charm. From sunrise strolls along the shore to sunset cocktails with your toes in the sand, every moment here invites you to relax, recharge, and enjoy the magic of island life. At SPI, the fun never ends—only gets better.

Condo is on the 3rd floor and has stairs (no elevator).

The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.

South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, cafés, shops, beachside restaurants/bars. Many locals and tourists enjoy wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more!

*IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH VRBO:
*Guests who book through VRBO and decide to cancel their reservation, will be charged a “RESERVATION CANCELLATION FEE” of 10% of the amount paid, regardless of when the reservation is cancelled.
