Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Only 2 cars allowed in designated parking labeled 105. 2. You are required to use Surfside 2 bracelets to use the pool and hot tub 3. Grilling is not permitted in the patio/balcony area
4. A/C stays at min of 72 degrees 5. Quiet times are 10pm-8am 6. Please do not cut or bring in freshly caught fish. If you go fishing, place fish in personal cooler and leave outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wristbands are required to use the pool. Please leave on the counter when you leave. Their will be a cost of $25.00 for each one not left behind.
