Place is very nice, close to the beach, 15-30 mins from town and attractions. Place is pet friendly but seems like old guest would not clean up after their pets so the back yard smelled a lil funky. Please clean up after your pet, not many places allow pets so we should take care of the ones that do!

This was a great property and perfect for what we needed. Close to beach access and the house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we’d want for trips to the beach. The host was great, so helpful and extremely responsive. You can tell how much thought and effort she’d put into making it the perfect home away from home.

House was very clean inside, plenty of room for our party. The host was great and very responsive. The front of the house was another story, I honestly thought we were at the wrong place. The driveway had a huge pothole that you had to drive through. The landscaping was overgrown and unkept and there was a terrible smell on the back deck that may have been coming from a neighbor or underneath.

We had a wonderful stay at this house during our wedding weekend! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfect for hosting our family. The location was great, and everything was exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It truly helped make our wedding weekend even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place was so lovely and the owner was amazing and so sweet and welcoming! there was so much stuff in the house to use and perfect for a weekend getaway. The only thing was i think there was mold or something just in the complex because we all got super stuffy and sick after… so that might be something worth checking out

Meredith I'm so sorry to hear that you got sick on your vacation. Just to insure you, we have a newer HVAC system and we also installed an ultraviolet treatment system for our air conditioner. This UV light kills all flu, covid and mold in the air. I am in this unit the most and have not gotten sick. I'm sure it's probably a virus or cold going around. I hope you all feel better soon😊

3 stars. I’d love to rate this property higher, but the overall experience is best summarized as “meh.”There are some genuinely good aspects to the property, but also several questionable ones. The most alarming part is the exterior. My initial reaction was honestly panic because I thought I had been transactionally catfished. The dilapidated parking lot, lack of landscaping, and rundown appearance made me think the worst was in store. Thankfully, the interior was surprisingly refreshing.Inside, the property was generally clean, comfortable, and well kept. For adults looking to stay somewhere close to the beach, this place will do the job. For families, however, there are several concerns that should be addressed. There is a broken wall plate in the living room with a fairly large hole behind it, which is particularly concerning with toddlers. The pantry door is completely off its track and not functional. There were also fans in each room. The temperature was comfortable during our stay, but I could see this becoming an issue during periods of high heat.From a cleanliness standpoint, there wasn’t much to complain about overall, but we did find makeup on the master bedroom pillowcase. The cleaners simply need to be a bit more thorough.Overall, the property has potential and the interior was much better than the exterior would suggest. With some attention to the maintenance and a more thorough cleaning, this could easily be a better experience.

My family throughly enjoyed our stay and visit to Vilano Beach. Our Stay was accompanied by everything that one would enjoy for the beach! Included in our stay were extras in the pantry as well. We were well taken care of and truly the extras really put us over the top with this stay! We ride the bikes around the neighborhood and along the street! We used the boards at the beach and the umbrellas! We had a fantastic stay!!

Vilano Beach is such a laid back hidden coastal charm that most don't know about. I grew up right across the Tolomato River from Vilano so this was the beach I grew up on. I absolutely adore the slow paced coastal vibes you get while in the Vilano beach town.

Our property is unique because we keep our prices affordable while trying to sleep as many loved ones as possible all the while accommodating children ands pets. We've created a fun, welcoming space filled with bright coastal vibes and everything needed for an unforgettable beach getaway. From beach cruisers and surf boards to boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and baby accommodations, we make traveling easy so families can pack lighter and enjoy more.
